The cold email sequence you write at hour 3 of a Claude session is worse than the one you wrote at hour 1.
Most people never notice. Every prompt goes into one bucket. Every sequence drafted. Every subject line tested. Every revision made. When that bucket fills up, the model starts cutting corners. Generic output. Forgotten instructions. Copy that feels like it was written on autopilot. There is a name for it: context rot. Two tools built specifically to fix it. Went straight to GitHub. Checked every fork. Found the dominant versions by star count. GSD: 65,000 stars. Oh My Claudecode: 37,000. 102,000 combined. Almost nobody in this community is using either. I had both installed before dinner. GSD structures what goes into Claude's context at each stage of your project. Instead of flooding the window with everything, it feeds Claude exactly what it needs, when it needs it. One command installs 68 global skills that activate automatically. Oh My Claudecode handles multi-agent orchestration. You describe the task. It splits the work across specialized agents and runs them in parallel. Automatically. Both free. Both open source. GSD: npx get-shit-done-cc@latest Oh My Claudecode: /plugin marketplace add https://github.com/Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode Jay built this community around test-iterate-improve. Most people apply that to sequences and subject lines. Almost nobody applies it to the AI layer itself. You have already felt the drop in quality on longer sessions. Now you have a name for it. And a fix. Ian Kirk

@John Davis been going about 5 months, starting to pick up good clients and get good retainer work
First client
Just landed my first client. Initial payment for a product I wasn’t pitching and interest in my pitch. Thanks for the tips everyone

Great work. Advice depends on the client, but if it's a good client, continue consulting calls and find out what more of what problems you can solve.
Thinking Of Doing Highly Personalized Cold Email
Hello What Is the best way Do extensive research on a brand and explains what they are doing wrong with text and screenshot and sending the email Or Record a loom video going through their ad account and competitors ( Shy to record a loom video and so demotivated to send the text ( no one will gonna read and more than 1 screenshot will be end in spam 😓)

Really like doing highly personalized cold email. I love the Loom idea. Gets you some serious sales call reps in fast, and response rates are quite high. I might give this a go with one of my campaigns. Obviously, it's a lot of effort, but I bet it pays off.
870 prospects, 24 opportunities, $120K potential pipeline.
Just finished reviewing one of our recent cold email campaigns. 870 prospects → 24 opportunities → $120K potential pipeline. What I like about this campaign is that we didn’t rely on sending a crazy amount of emails. We focused on the basics: - Good targeting - Clean lead data - Proper inbox setup - Deliverability - Relevant copy - Follow-ups - Constant optimization The biggest mistake I see is people trying to scale before they know what’s working. If the foundation is weak, adding more volume won’t fix it. Get the setup right. Get the targeting right. Get the messaging right. Then scale. There are no conversions recorded yet, so the $120K is potential pipeline, not revenue. Still, 24 opportunities from 870 prospects gives us a strong base to work with. Now the job is simple: keep optimizing and turn those opportunities into customers.

That's some really good results from under a thousand prospects. Love to know what your copy says and what your offer is.
📩 I finally have an answer for outbound Instagram DMs
For a long time I didn't. People kept asking me what to use for automated IG DM outreach, and my honest answer was "I don't have a good one for you." IGDM Pro, the tool I used to send everyone to, stopped taking clients. So I had nowhere to point anybody. Here's the part I'll be straight about though. I could have built this out and sold it as a done-for-you service. I know how. I won't. Because the tools that actually deliver the DMs need your account cookies to run. Which means the ban risk sits with you, not with whoever built it. If the account goes down, that's your audience and your pipeline gone. Not theirs. A guy running a big Instagram automation agency told me the same thing. Proxies, account warming, VPNs, the whole space is a mess right now. He shut his own app down over it. So I'm not selling it. I'm just giving you mine. It finds the accounts, researches each person, writes a message they'll actually open, and sends on a human schedule. You get: 📌 The 2 copy-paste AI prompts 📌 The exact tool stack, no guessing 📌 The send limits that keep your account alive That last one is what everybody skips. Under 50 messages a day. 60 to 360 seconds between each one. Residential proxy at minimum. Ignore that and it doesn't matter how good your copy is, you'll be starting a fresh account by next week. And look, everyone is fighting over the same cold email inboxes and the same LinkedIn feeds right now. Instagram DMs are sitting wide open. Grab it here 👉 https://leadgenjay.com/value/igdm-auto Run it for a week then drop your reply rate in the comments. I want to see what it pulls in different niches.

This is really interesting. I do a lot of email outbound, but don't do any outbound for Instagram DMs. Could be really useful.
