Hi @Travis Sago, I acquired a free German Skool group on how to build and monetize Skool communities with 2300 members. A few years ago it was the first German group to win the Skool games. However, it’s been dormant last year and now there are maybe 20-30 active members only it seems. Also: Germans are very different from Americans culturally. Very direct, highly skeptical, with a distaste for sales and marketing, very sensitive to hype, and much more narrow-minded when it comes to these matters. What works your approach be during the first month of taking over, when your goal is to reactivate the dormant members and to monetize the group.

A loving warning... When you do auctions... Do NOT allow SIDE DEALS during the auction. You will get people THROWING MONEY at you during the auction. Don't take it! Why?
