The more AI I use, the more I realize the bottleneck usually isn’t getting answers anymore.
It’s actually executing them. My current setup is pretty simple: claude.ai → strategy, research, and working through ideas floment.ai → turning those ideas into projects, tasks, and progress canva.com → getting the content/creative out the door One rule that’s helped a lot: if an AI conversation produces something worth doing, it immediately becomes a task. Otherwise it usually becomes another great idea buried in chat history 😅 For those running lean with AI, what’s your system for making sure the AI output actually gets implemented?

Yeah, this is the part people overlook. Getting the answer is easy now. The hard part is actually doing something with it instead of leaving it buried in a chat somewhere.
Automation is not delegation
Most owners do not need another tool. They need a recurring result to happen without supervising it. My test: 1. The trigger is clear. 2. The required input is available. 3. The output is measurable. 4. Approval limits are defined. 5. Only exceptions return to the owner. If the owner still checks every step, the task was not delegated. It was moved to a dashboard. What recurring task in your business still comes back to you?

This is so true. A lot of people automate parts of their process but still end up checking everything manually. I think a good system should handle the normal stuff on its own and only bring you in when there’s an actual decision to make.
Grab a coffee. See you in 30.
We go live in 30 minutes. 10am Vancouver. 1pm New York. Live on the Zooms. Here's what I'm walking you on todays workshop. How I collected $89K last month with one little workshop a week. Promos out Monday. I present and pitch Friday. AI handles pretty much everything in between. This one system is how I am running a $66k MRR coacing business with No sales calls. One Executive Assistant And an army of AI Agents. I'm putting the real numbers on screen. Ad spend, ticket sales, show rate, cash collected. And you'll leave with your first Monday and your first Friday mapped. Plus you walk away with the actual stuff I run every week: - The Weekly Workshop Calendar (Notion, duplicate and go) - The Monday Promo Prompt Pack - The Show-Up Automation Map (full GHL workflow, ready to import) - The Workshop Template Deck - Lifetime access to the recording This workshop is $47 if you're not already inside Claude for Coaches Community. Get the zoom link HERE If you can't make it live, still register. The replay and every asset land in your inbox within 24 hours. But honestly, live is better. You can ask me stuff. See you in 30. Dan "workshop guy" Harrison P.S. You don't need another funnel. You need a week that works. Let me show you mine.

In my experience, the strongest part of this offer is that it sells a specific operating system rather than another information product. The $89K result creates the proof, while the calendar, prompts, automations, and templates make the mechanism tangible and reduce the gap between learning the strategy and actually implementing it.

I posted the other day about how we did $89k cash collected last month... "Cool results you're sharing Dan. But that works because you're you." And that's actually fair. Twenty years into this entrepreneurial game. 10 Years marketing online $30M sold. 100+ financial advisors hired and trained. 1000+ Online Entrepreneurs coaches. Of course it worked. But let me show you the part that actually matters here. It's not ONLY working for me. Let me share a couple wins from our community THIS month alone: 🔥 Kristian: Tweaked his Sales process and he went from $50k to $74k months. 🔥 Andres: First $50k Month ... (without sales calls) 🔥 Mason: Closing his biggest PIF in a while and sitting at $36k for the month 🔥 Clay: Went from $0 to $30k(ish) in his first 30 days. 🔥 Lynea: Launched her skool funnel and closed $7k in first 30 days 🔥 Tim: Tim doesn't know what he's doing and generated $45k in deal flow (in 30 days) 🔥 Dave: Launched his new workshop funnel and did $8.5k on his first one. And these are all just in the last 30 days. None of them built a sales team. None of them are doing twenty calls a week. Dave is a fitness coach for Canadian Vets. he is not a funnel person. he doesn't want to be a funnel person. he just followed the order. That's the bit people miss. This isn't a personality thing. It's a sequence thing. Ads. AI. Workshops. This is the most leveraged system I've ever seen and is crushing in 2026. A few other numbers while I'm here: I've won skool games 3 x I currently have the #64 Top Skool Community for MRR on the leaderboard 13,000+ people in my free community. 2,000+ people in my $47 Community 1000+ coaches and consultants I've worked with over last 6 years. Twenty years of honing my skills and learning things the hard way so that you don't have to. Next up. I have 17 spots left before I close the doors, go on a waitlist and raise my prices. My community currently has 84 members including me. Im going on a waitlist at 100. Because I want to take a small group of solo founders & coaches through the exact weekly workshop Method and equip them with the LFOS system I've been using and is the cheatcode.

In my experience, the strongest proof here is that the same underlying system is producing results across very different niches. That’s what makes a framework scalable, because you’re validating the process rather than relying on the personality or audience of the person selling it.
Ummm... yeah. High-ticket is a hot mess right now
Last month I collected $89K. From one little workshop I run every week. ❌ No sales calls. ❌ No launches. ❌ No team. (Except for Gabby my EA) This Friday I'm going to reveal everything... the complete behind the scenes [Details are here.] Because here's the thing. Selling high-ticket right now is kind of hard Because your market's been burned with: 🚨 The webinar that was a total waste of time. 🚨 The "strategy call" that was actually just a pitch. 🚨 The course that turned out to be a PDF and a dead Slack channel. Classic lol. So nobody trusts anybody. Including you. (Sorry.) And the usual fixes just make it worse... Ads to a booking page. $200 a lead. Super fun. Sales calls all week. Your calendar is your ceiling. A launch every quarter. Three weeks of chaos for one week of cash. Anyway - you probably think you have a lead or messaging problem. But I think its something else. I think you have a CADENCE problem. Because you likely have no repeatable week. So every week is a new plan... and a new reason it didn't work. But one workshop a week fixes that. Promos go out Monday. I teach and pitch Friday. AI handles pretty much everything in between. Fifty people in a room. They all paid $47 to be there. By the time you mention the offer, nobody needs convincing of anything. They're just deciding now or later. That's it. That's the whole system. it's super chill. and I love it. Friday I'll walk you through it on zoom With all the real numbers too. Ad spend, show rate, cash collected. No fake screenshots. 90 minutes on Zoom. September 11th, 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern. $47. [You can learn about it and save your seat here.] Dan "workshop guy" Harrison P.S. You also walk away with the actual stuff I run every week. The Notion calendar, the Monday promo prompts, the GHL show-up automation (took me a year to get right), and the Friday pitch outline. Copy, paste, tweak, send.

In my experience, the real strength here is the repeatable cadence around the workshop. It gives prospects multiple touchpoints to build trust and make a decision. That consistency is what makes the funnel predictable and easier to optimize.
