The more AI I use, the more I realize the bottleneck usually isn’t getting answers anymore.
It’s actually executing them. My current setup is pretty simple: claude.ai → strategy, research, and working through ideas floment.ai → turning those ideas into projects, tasks, and progress canva.com → getting the content/creative out the door One rule that’s helped a lot: if an AI conversation produces something worth doing, it immediately becomes a task. Otherwise it usually becomes another great idea buried in chat history 😅 For those running lean with AI, what’s your system for making sure the AI output actually gets implemented?

@Harsha Agarwal That "chat graveyard" is way too real. It feels productive in the moment, but if it doesn't immediately become a task or doc, it basically never happened. Do you move good outputs into a project board right away, or do you have another way to keep track of them?

@Muhammad Faizo Khan "Chat is for thinking. Systems are for execution." couldn't have put it better. Treating outputs as owned artifacts makes all the difference, otherwise it's just conceptual clutter.
My Old Tracker ( Still Works Great )
If you have not yet developed the habit of tracking for your business ... You. must. do. this. But only if you want to grow your results and improve your revenue and profit. Because what gets measured can improve. Without accurate data... you're dead in the water. And It does not have to be complicated. This Spreadsheet is what I used to win skool games 3 times. I filled it in manually every day. now It's your's for free Make a duplicate here

The simpler the habit tracking setup is, the more likely you actually stick with it every single day. Overengineered dashboards usually burn people out by week two because logging data starts feeling like a second job. I keep quick discussions in Discord and handle my daily execution in Floment AI with simple task tracking and progress updates. That routine keeps everything visible without adding unnecessary friction to the workday.
First 10 Members?
Just curious how you get your first 10 members if starting from ground zero? No audience, no email list. Friends and family are definitely not aligned with what I'm tryna build...

Starting completely from scratch when you do not have an existing list or audience is definitely a slow grind at first. I tend to map out my initial outreach steps and daily to dos in Floment while keeping longer brainstorming notes in Notion. Taking it one small batch of people at a time really helps build actual momentum.
Before You Scale, Check These 4 Things 📝
A lot of founders want to scale, but scaling isn’t always about getting more clients or increasing revenue. Sometimes the real question is: can the business actually handle the growth? I’d look at these 4 things: 1. Can someone else deliver your core service without you? If everything still needs your involvement, you may have a business that depends on you rather than a business that can scale without you. 2. Do you actually know your numbers? Not just revenue. Know your margins, current costs, and what additional payroll or resources the business can realistically support. 3. Is there a repeatable way to bring in clients? If every new opportunity depends on the founder personally finding, selling, and following up with prospects, there’s a natural limit to how much the business can grow. 4. Can your current operation handle more volume? More customers won’t fix messy processes. They usually expose them faster. You don’t necessarily need everything perfect before scaling. But you should know where the weak points are and have a plan to address them. Which of these four would be the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? 🙂

Scaling up customer volume really does expose messy operational processes faster than anything else. Cleaning up your backend by moving core project tracking and daily to dos into Floment alongside Google Drive makes a massive difference. Using simple project cards keeps every delivery phase transparent and completely organized. It is the best way to ensure your systems actually handle growth smoothly.
Founders: What’s the one thing in your business you’d love to stop doing manually?
I’ve been building AI automations lately, and I’ve realized that some of the biggest opportunities aren’t always about getting more customers. Sometimes it’s simply removing the repetitive work that keeps coming back every single day. Things like: → Following up with prospects → Qualifying leads → Booking calls → Updating a CRM → Sending reminders → Moving data between tools → Responding to common inquiries The goal isn’t to automate everything. It’s to give founders more time to focus on the things that actually require them. If you could permanently remove one repetitive task from your weekly workload, what would it be? Curious what everyone here would choose. 👇

Constantly copy pasting action items across multiple apps eats up so much mental energy every morning. I started keeping all my project boards and daily check ins inside Floment while storing my design files in Figma. Centralizing the actual execution in one spot cut out most of my manual status updates. Syncing data across disconnected tools is definitely the first thing I would get rid of.
