New fit
For the first time as an adult, my chest is bigger than my midsection. It feels really weird not to have to consider my stomach when buying a shirt. Your constant support helps me keep going, so thank you!

Mountain Top Meal
Hey hey! We're from so many different places, so I bet there's an ocean of different preferences and considerations for this question, and I can't wait. Anyway, I'm about 20 lb away from abs I could wash dishes with, and at this rate, that's 2 to 3 months from now. It's not about the abs, but I'm not upset about them. Got to be strong enough and fast enough to help people who need help It's about time I picked out something to eat as a celebratory, top-of-the-mountain type of thing. What meal do I want (considering it will be around Christmas) after losing 150 pounds (46% of my original weight) in 15 months? Hit me with your best, most indulgent, happiest memory recommendations.

It's back to suit Wednesday, Brioni style
It's time to go back to suit Wednesdays. Today I'm wearing one of my Brioni suits with a Christian Dior tie, Brioni pocket square, Florsheim cap toe shoes, Twillory performance dress shirt, Christian Dior tie, Tissot dress watch (this one pushes the envelope of dress watch with the metal bracelet, but I like it). The suit, tie, pocket square, and shoes were all bought from various estate sales. The watch was purchased new, but grey market (Jomashop) for $300 instead of $750 retail. Suit $40! and I got 3 of these Brioni suits at that price and a Brioni blazer for $30 at that sale, Shoes $5 (including wooden shoe trees), tie was no more than $5 because I never spend more than that on a tie, and the pocket square was $1. I'm fortunate to be a fairly average suit size (40 generally) and shoe size 9.5 - 10, so I do find a fair amount of high quality shoes and clothes during my searches, which surprisingly are mostly for art.

Dig
Train and Gain
I have lost, at this moment, almost 38% of my starting body weight in a year. I might get to 40% by the time the year is up 8 weeks or so from now. This means an average of two and a half to 3 lb of weight loss, but mostly fat, per week, for a year. The general recommended guideline is one to two pounds per week. This means that I have reliably almost doubled that for a year. Well, almost a year. October 3rd will be the year. It was so much easier with you all supporting me. Whether it was @Alex Kilpatrick, @Allan Chiang, or @Darren Poesel cheering me on, or @Brian McGuire trying to talk me into pleats, you all make a difference. Whatever it is you're trying to do, you can do it! Ask not that the boulder be light. Demand that your legs remember who's in charge. Grab life by the neck and say "kneel or be knelt". You're incredible people. Celebrate yourselves. You deserve it.

@Darren Poesel Aww, shucks. After the body I want, so I can do a sub-six-minute mile, a one-handed muscle-up (with 200 pounds in my other hand if it's humanly possible, which would be twice the current record), a front and back lever, and become a volunteer firefighter? I'm training for the ultramarathon in Greece in two years. 300 miles over 4 days. Run in the footsteps of Pheidippides himself. I'm also learning to sing. Maybe dance after that. I just had my first relationship ever (19 years; I just turned 38. That was more than half my life) end abruptly. Zero warning. Now I have a new partner in a new state. Lots of change and newness, so who knows? Mostly? I want to be fast enough and strong enough to help folks who need help.
