Just gone 3 months in
I've just gone into my third month on my Etsy shop and hit 41 sales, 25 so far in July and had multiple over £100 orders! I'm obviously buzzing, just wondering is this good for the time frame or average??

@Dan Spendlow I’ve noticed you only have the A sizes available, maybe add a lot more to try and boost some sales? :)

@Dan Spendlow im not too sure if there is an option to add more variations to all your posters at once.. since you have a ton would definitely take a while to do it individually though

How to scale further
Just wanted to say I’ve hit 63 sales and over £2500 in sales, with a couple reviews in 3 months with only 80 listings… I know I need more listings is the main thing, how else can I scale this? Increasing ads? Clearly my products are working and getting around 2 sales a day currently and tons of items in baskets, Any tips?

@Bart Tutaj what’s your normal average monthly sales if you don’t mind me asking? (Compared to your dry month) And I also had a very slow start to August compared to my last month and then last 10 days have been crazy!

Refund?
One of my buyers has received their poster, a 5x7 inch and has took a photo, it’s exactly as described and shown on my shop. He says ‘item should not be called wall art if it is this small’ and sounds like a refund is on the cards. How do I go about this when everything was correct

@Samantha White I just apologised that they weren’t satisfied with the product but then asked them what were they expecting to be delivered to them… no reply since
