Opened my shop 2 months ago and I’ve been really consistent the past 3 weeks and I’ve got my first sale! Now need to rewatch the video so I know what I’m doing next 🙈

Only a few days I was on about not having a sale for a month then last night I got a notification of a sale. My first 24' x 36' sale. So a huge Framed (1st framed too) poster going to the US. Only relisted that particular poster yesterday aswell 😀

HI everyone, I am still very new to this, so looking for a bit advice. My shop has only been open for afround a month and a half and I'm quite pleased with the fact I have 4 orders under my belt (obviously looking to massively improve this). My latest order was from Florida and Ive just received a message from the buyer "You need help with: Request a change to a custom order Note for seller: i want bigger this is too small". It was supplied at the requested size 30cm x 40cm but I understand the customer, having recieved it, has decided that he would like a bigger print. What do you think would be the best way to proceed? I was thinking of offering a discount on another print, perhaps 20%? If I were to do this, can I set up a discount code specifically for this customer and send it to them? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Jim
