Sell $5k AI Audits. Here's how!
Hey guys, If you're selling direct automation solutions or agents that you've built for your niche. Try selling a high ticket AI Audit to a bigger avatar with a service guarantee. I run a performance outbound agency working with 14 AI Agencies across the world and so far this is the best selling offer one can make. "I'll find at least 10% of annual cost saving for you or you don't pay." That's it. Want me to find such high ticket clients for you so you could charge $3k, $5k or even $10k for your audits upfront? I can get these clients for you on a pure performance basis. Book a call below from comments & let's speak 👇

Interesting approach. I'll have to look into this more.
Learnings From An Internal Sales Training (AAA Accelerator)
You can know how to build AI systems and still struggle to sell them. Inside our paid community, I ran a live sales workshop where AI agency owners brought their real questions and we practised their sales conversations. Here are eight lessons you can use on your next call. Q: How do I get more people to book a meeting? Find a reason for the meeting before you offer it. “We should have a chat about AI” is vague. “You mentioned your team spends hours on manual admin. Would it be worth 30 minutes to look at where you could reduce that?” gives them a clear reason to say yes. Q: When should I pitch my solution? Only sell the next step. At an event, earn the first meeting. On that meeting, establish whether a diagnostic makes sense. Use the diagnostic findings to recommend the build. But pitching a custom CRM before you understand the business skips the work that makes your solution actually worth paying for. Q: How do I follow a structure without sounding scripted? Learn what each stage needs to achieve. Build rapport. Understand the need. Check whether it matters enough to act. Agree the next step. Practise that until you can listen to the person instead of trying to remember your next line. Q: Why do my conversations feel like interviews? You may be asking questions without responding to the answers. Use ARQ: acknowledge, relate, question. Acknowledge what they said. Relate where you can honestly. Then ask your next question. And ask one question at a time. Let them answer. Q: Should I always dig into pain? Listen to what they lead with. If they say, “I want to grow to £10 million,” explore that goal first. If they say, “My admin costs are getting out of hand,” explore that problem first. Their first answer gives you a starting point. Use it. Q: What if the client doesn’t understand the technology? Use their language. A dentist may care far more about missed appointments than the difference between a checklist and a workflow. Connect your work to the outcome they care about. Explain the technical details when those details help them make a decision.

Collaboration Opportunity
Hello, I am Jason, a software developer based in Hong Kong. Currently, I am struggling to generate significant profits due to the challenging conditions of the Hong Kong market. Consequently, I am looking for a genuine partner to collaborate with—someone with whom I can join forces and work passionately toward success. I believe that with a solid concept and a shared commitment to the work, we can achieve substantial returns. If you're a software developer in the US or Europe and this sounds interesting, you can check out the details here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DW-BL98Rgn2D8tk8k5ci38Msnj8gGLbSecTjzCz0dWw/edit?tab=t.0
Looking for a Partner
Hi, I'm Jason, a software developer based in Hong Kong. I've been having a hard time finding good opportunities and generating solid income in the current Hong Kong market. Because of that, I'm looking to connect with a software developer from the US or Europe who would be interested in working together to build something with real revenue potential. You don't need to be an expert developer or have years of experience. I'm not expecting someone who knows every technology or can handle every challenging technical problem. What matters to me is finding someone who can collaborate, exchange ideas, build things together, and keep making progress. I can take care of the technical side when needed, so you don't have to be a "10x developer." 😄 If you can code, are open to learning new things when necessary, and genuinely want to build something that can generate income, that's enough for me. This isn't about hiring an employee for a traditional job. I'm looking for a genuine partnership where we can work together, divide the workload, contribute ideas, and work toward generating revenue together. If you're a software developer based in the US or Europe and this sounds like something you'd be interested in, you can find more details here: 👉 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DW-BL98Rgn2D8tk8k5ci38Msnj8gGLbSecTjzCz0dWw/edit?tab=t.0
