@Mike Barker Thank you Mike. I opened my store on 1st November 2024 but really got nowhere for the first 8 or 9 months. I now have 1240 listings but I have deleted maybe 700+ listings along the way because they weren't getting hardly any views. All the best...

Seeing lots of problems!!
I was interested in starting this whole print to order stuff but by the sounds of what people are saying Print Shrimp as getting worse and a little lazy especially in replying to clients. Let me know when then sort it out and run smooth then I might do it but not putting my company name to a selling process if it’s not working right. Let me know below when print shrimp get things working smoothly

I almost fell off my chair when I saw this thread! I consider myself an experienced Wall Art print on demand seller. I offer all my pictures in some 26 different varieties. In so doing I use 6 different companies including Print Shrimp. Some of the other companies are a LOT bigger that Print Shrimp, have far more staff and far bigger marketing budgets than Print Shrimp but do you know what? Print Shrimp are one of my favorite companies to use. I place all my orders manually. The Print Shrimp website is easy to use and it takes me markedly less time to place an order with them than it does with anyone else. Out of some 240 orders there has only been 1 error and that was my own fault. Everything else has been perfect and sent out in a timely manner. Sometimes lightning fast! There have been perhaps 3 or 4 occasions when the tracking number has not been forthcoming when I have had to send in a request but each and every time I have done so Tom is back with the tracking number within a few hours/next morning. In addition to the world class customer service, their prices are amazing too... I for one cannot praise them highly enough. If every company I deal with was as efficient as Print Shrimp my life would be a lot easier. Onwards and upwards Print Shrimp and thank you for all you do for me...
$1/day Etsy Ads or no ads at all?
Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate some advice regarding Etsy Ads. I previously ran ads with a $3/day budget, but it didn’t perform well and felt like I was mostly losing money. Right now, I’m uploading 2 or more new designs per day and plan to keep doing that consistently. I’m currently deciding between two approaches: - Keeping Etsy Ads on with a low budget (around $1/day) and only promoting a few of my best-performing listings - Or turning ads off completely and focusing only on organic growth In both cases, I would continue uploading new designs daily. For those with experience, which approach has worked better for you? Thanks in advance!

@Michael Wright Hi Michael. Thank you for the faith you show in me. I am really sorry to say my friend that I am drowning in work at the moment and under pressure on several fronts. I will have a gander at your store and provide you with feedback in due course but it will be a couple of weeks or so before I am able to do so. I have promised one to Camilo above and haven't been able to do that yet. Drop me a note or message here in 2 weeks if you haven't heard from me in the meantime. Thank you...

Novice needing advice
Stupid question, Gemini has generated this at 768 x 1376. I assume that's their standard resolution? Is this any good? What poster size could this go up to? Thanks

@Jack Heddon There was a lot of merit in the Exeter print my friend but the AR (aspect ratio) was rather strange and not conducive to 'normal' aspect ratios. As I have mentioned on other comments it is nigh on impossible to sell most prints in a big variety of aspect ratios for each and every print will look radically different in 4:5AR to what it would look in 2:3AR so offering lots of different aspect ratios is a dangerous game for you will get complaints in due course. The best thing to do is only offer prints in standard A size and either 2:3 AR or 4:5 AR. I would suggest A sizes and 2:3 ratio myself and then leave it at that. As for producing pictures and prints, if you go for A size and 2:3 AR I would suggest you produce your pictures on midjourney at 2:3 AR and then take them to Canva to size in A sizes and upscaled 2:3AR ready to be printed for when you get a sale. It is a dangerous game to only produce them in A sizes initially and then resize them to 2:3AR once you get a sale. I say this because even though A sizes and 2:3AR are quite close there will be some A sizes that will not fit into 2:3Ar without cutting off some important detail or vice versa so you really need to be sure that the picture in question is viable in both AR's before offering it for sale. I only sell mine in A sizes and 2:3AR and that is the workflow I use. I hope this helps? Best of luck, Jayne

@Jack Heddon Hi Jack. I don't do bulk uploads to Print Shrimp but, if you can only bulk upload A sizes to Print Shrimp, then you will have to upload the 2:3 or 3:2 aspect ratio pictures manually. TBH I wouldn't bother myself for you may never sell one of some of your designs. Just upload them in the AR you need as and when you make the sale. Obviously prepare them (so you know they work) and list them on Etsy in 2:3 or 3:2 AR and A sizes. That sounds the easiest/most efficient way forward to me...
Etsy

When I first started on Etsy silly me did each and every listing from scratch. 26 variations of each listing complete with prices. After over 300 listings I discovered that you could copy your previous listing. I nearly cried thinking of the HOURS I had wasted....
