📚 Advance Readers Wanted: Healing Isn't Your Job
The book is completely finished (just wrapping up a few minor details like the ISBN), and I am looking for a small group of advance readers to look it over before the official launch! What is the book about? Healing Isn't Your Job is a guide for anyone exhausted by the endless loop of "performance healing"—the constant routines, rigid protocols, and frantic attempts to "fix" ourselves. Written for readers looking to flip the script, this volume isn't about doing more mindfulness exercises, but about radical subtraction. It’s an invitation to drop the armor, step out of the mental debris, and let your body’s natural inner healer take the lead. If you join the advance review team, you’ll get a free digital copy of the book in the next few days. In exchange, I’m asking for just one thing: an honest review posted on Amazon on or just after our release day, August 26. Early, real reviews are absolutely crucial because they tell Amazon's algorithm to show the book to more people who might genuinely need it. A Few Quick Truths Before You Say Yes: - You don’t have to finish the whole book. It’s 288 pages, and I don't expect anyone to rush through that in two weeks. Reading just the first four chapters is plenty to know if it resonates with you and to write an honest review. - Protect your energy. Read further if it serves you; set it down if it doesn’t. Forcing yourself to push through a book about not pushing would defeat the whole purpose. - Honest means honest. I am not chasing a perfect five-star score. If something didn’t work for you, say so. An accurate review helps the right reader find this book and lets the wrong person skip it. - Help me catch the blind spots. If you spot a line that lands wrong, feels off, or promises a magic cure, tell me straight away. There is still time to tweak things, and I would always rather change a page than defend it. How to Join If you want to be part of the advance reading team, just comment below and I’ll send the digital file over to you.

@Krista Brea its far different up here, lots of country side and Dairy farms, Rochester itself was once known as the home of Kodak. Lots of music and festivals here and hi-tech colleges like UofR and RIT. Big enough to have lots to do, but not as overwhelming as NYC
