[Updated Skill] It's Sunday 4R Audit Day!
Don't forget to take care of your ICM and it will take care of you! UPDATED MINUTES AGO, GET NEWEST VERSION: -> https://github.com/oathdriven/rymac-4r-icm-audit What changed in the 4R audit (v1.3.0): 1. Every finding goes on the report. There's no cap of 3 anymore. Before it publishes, the audit counts its findings against its fix list, and the 2 numbers have to match. 2. Every fix gets measured: - Who it hits: your customers and money, your work, or the agent. - How much: a counted number, like 649 people or 4 phases behind. - How bad: Money, Lost work, Slows the agent, or Polish. 3. Everything gets ranked. The heaviest weight goes first, and the most important fixes are named at the top in plain words. 4. It tests everything, not 3 of each. Every guard and every "done" line gets checked, and every mistake is planted in every shape it comes in. Planting 2 shapes is how today's email guard hole showed up. 5. Old fixes carry forward. Any fix the last audit left open stays on the report until it's fixed. 6. It fixes everything on your go. Each fix gets proven with the same test that found it, then the audit runs again and shows before and after. -> If you want it emailed to you with the files and not to mess with GitHub: https://filesnfolders.com/4r-audit Running my 4R ICM Audit meow' - I'll comment what mine finds (and it will find stuff because drift was already noticed) What did yours find? 👇

Where Do You Want To Be in 81 Days?
Pretty cool milestone I'd like to share with y'all... In my channels first 81 days I reached 100,000 views but views are a vanity metric. - 1,440 subscribers on YouTube - ~1,000 subscribers on an e-mail list - 700+ Skool members - Thousands in sales - 100s of humans helped - Dozens of friends made The first weeks were sloowwwww, maybe a couple hundred views ... but consistency is key. All of it starts and ends with my video production line using ICM as my operating system, my skills as the execution, taking me from idea to traffic in hours and not days. Skool classrooms, landing pages, blog pages, squeeze pages, offer pages, all it built and leveraged from 1 voice audio file... The blog pages alone drive in high-intent search clicks (96 click since the blog launched on 8/15) Fred does 90 percent of the work and I edit the other 10 percent. SO, my question to you is: Where do you want to be in 81 days? Today is day 1. Don't put off till' tomorrow what you can get done today. Always got your back, RyMac P.S. The production line is free for premium and VIP members. It's $50 in my classroom. And I just made it half off on this page here for anyone interested.

@Ry Mac nice!!!
Your 7-step sales call video is so good... I borrowed the structure for my lessons
@Ry Mac, I'm recording lessons for my own Skool right now and your 7-step sales call video stopped me. The sales content is Amazing, but what I kept noticing was how you built it. Every step runs the same pattern. You name the step and say what it's for in one line. Then you give a plain comparison (the doctor, the steak), the exact words to say, why it works, one stat with the source named, the wrong way next to the right way, and something to carry into a later step. By step 3 I knew the shape, so all my attention went to the content. The open loops got me too. You tell us when each one will pay off ("I'll show you the exact line in step 2"), and you pay off every one. So I broke the whole video into a structure doc: the order of the parts, the step pattern, how often something concrete lands, and a build sheet to fill in before I script anything. Every lesson I build now starts from it. It's your structure, with my content. Thanks for teaching it so clearly that it could be taken apart. It's changed how I build lessons.

1 Pain = 1 Folder = 1 Software Replaced in 53 Minutes
I was DM'ed by someone who wasn't receiving their ICM folder systems and I asked him 1 question, he gave me 1 answer (the pain) 53 minutes later Fred had spun up 1 folder that replaced a $4200/yr software solution (the prescription) and he had a loom review of me showing him how to use it. 📁 Any one else starting to feel a little dangerous?
