Day 34 — Real Estate AI Voice Agent: COMPLETE
Today I completed my Real Estate AI Voice Agent system. This started as a voice-agent experiment, but I wanted to take it beyond simply answering calls. I also built a dedicated real estate website around the system to demonstrate the complete experience. Live website / demo: https://kimberly-dalton.vercel.app/ The system now connects the conversation to the actual business workflow: • Lead capture & qualification • Property search & details • Appointment availability & booking • Rescheduling & cancellations • Lead updates & status tracking • Property details delivery • Follow-up automation • Agent notifications • Human handoff • Call outcome tracking • Confirmation workflows Built with Retell AI + n8n + webhooks + CRM/database + calendar automation. The biggest lesson from this build: A voice agent is only one part of the system. The real value comes from what happens after the conversation — when the AI can understand, make decisions, take actions, update the business system, and know when a human needs to step in. Day 34 — from AI that talks to an AI system that actually takes action. Next step: stress-testing the system with messy real-world conversations and edge cases. #AI #VoiceAI #RealEstateAI #AIAutomation #AIAgents #n8n #RetellAI #CRM #Automation #BuildInPublic #Day34

Great work. FYI....I went to take a look at it and received errors both in chat and voice options.
Need advice!
Hi guys. I hope you're doing well. As you know, I'm quite new to the community and I'm learning and building my first AI receptionist using Retell AI. The biggest obstacle for me right now is choosing the right industry. I'm not sure which one to go ahead with. I'm quite confused and want to make the right decision based on several factors such as demand, competition, beginner-friendly, low emergency risk calls, etc. I was actually thinking about electricians first, but then I heard that it has a high number of emergency cases like fire, etc. I mean I think there is a substantial amount of risk involved....same goes with HVAC also. That being said, this may be a subjective opinion and I might be wrong. Would absolutely love and appreciate the input from you guys!

@Lakshya Chugh Welcome to the group. I would go with what Brendan said above, just concentrate on maybe cleaning services or med spas or dental clinics to start and just stick with that one field and hit everything locally. I plan to do the same thing once I get my foundation built for my new startup. I wish you the best on your new endeavor.
Claude's New /design Skill Just Killed Figma! (Tutorial)
Claude Code just added a native /design command that brings a full visual design canvas directly into your workspace. This video walks through exactly how to use it to generate multiple design variations, edit colors, fonts, and layouts inline, and then turn your chosen design into a fully functional locally hosted website. Check it out 👇

YouTube Subscription Ingestor - Now On GitHub
I thought I'd share one of my automations that I did last week with the community here as part of my learning journey. I have uploaded the YouTube Subscriptions Ingestor for public consumption. After the initial setup the skill will pull your subscription videos from creators and produce .md files to dump in a raw folder to be processed for those running a second brain on their systems to create searchable knowledge bases. Attached below is an infographic detailing the skill's capabilities, a progress in Obsidian as I further refined the skill, along with screenshots of the Markdown files it generates. A key feature is the prompt system—it allows you to choose between a fresh data fetch, grabbing the latest videos, or performing a local search, which saves significantly on token usage. Thanks again to the wonderful skool communities for providing feedback and answering my questions as I move along my AI journey of skill building and AI automations. Peace, Love, and Happiness everyone! https://github.com/EfficientStreet/youtube-subscriptions-ingest

@Mouldi Nouri Tagging and dedup is already in there. :)

@Kelly Lynch it's all tied to the unique video code that's given to each video, so there is no duplication. Claude actually caught that during one of my tests and updated the code accordingly.
