DEKA Performance
Jen G- accomplished more than I thought was possible in round 1. Now Round 2 is specifically about DEKA performance while adding a first with a Hyrox in February.

@Matt Flexer Looking forward to the 2027 DEKA Fit schedule being released so I can figure out which ones I’m doing. Maybe we will be at one together! Then we can push and encourage each other. 🙌

Welcome!
Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.
