Our servers rebuild it with your latest calendar events and deliver it directly to your reMarkable or Supernote, so your computer can stay off. Getting started is simple: * Sign in at epcalsync.com using a one-time code sent to your email. * Turn on eP Cloud for a planner. * Pair your tablet once. * Push fresh events from anywhere. Every planner now includes a QR code that opens its push page on your phone. Just scan it, tap Push, and your planner is updated. eP Cloud supports: * Google Calendar * Microsoft Outlook * Apple iCloud * CalDAV * Existing calendar links Planners are updated in place, so your handwriting stays exactly where you wrote it. Pro includes 1 cloud planner, and Business includes 5 cloud planners. Cloud deliveries in Activity Activity now shows everything delivered through eP Cloud alongside your local syncs. If something goes wrong, you’ll see the reason clearly explained. Automatic planner refresh On Pro and Business, the planner list now refreshes automatically when changes are made from another device or through eP Cloud. Cloud-managed planners are identified with an eP Cloud badge, and you’ll see when the list was last refreshed. Auto Push control for each planner Each planner now has its own Skip switch, allowing you to exclude individual planners from automatic pushes. The status is shown clearly so you always know which planners update automatically. Built-in calendar feed checker You can now verify a calendar before relying on it. Select Diagnose on any connected calendar or use Check a calendar feed under your plan to fetch the calendar immediately and see exactly what was returned when events appear to be missing.

This update improves the Windows update experience and makes Planner Insights even more useful. What’s new Windows updates now install themselves Updating CalSync on Windows is now much simpler. Previously, updates were downloaded to your Desktop and had to be installed manually. In some cases, the wrong file name was shown, preventing the update from being applied and leaving multiple copies behind. CalSync now: * Downloads and unpacks the update automatically. * Launches the installer for you. * Closes itself so the new version can be installed. If the installer can’t be started automatically, CalSync will still save the installer for you and now points you to the correct file. Planner Insights open to the correct day The QR code on each Day page now includes that page’s date. When you scan it with your phone, Planner Insights opens directly to the day you’re looking at instead of taking you to a generic page. Cover, Year, Month, and Week pages continue to work the same as before, and the QR code remains the same size for easy scanning. This is a major CalSync update with easier calendar connections, flexible one-week planners, better support for past years, and important reliability improvements across Mac and Windows. What’s New 📅 Connect Google, Outlook, and iCloud Directly Pro and Business members can now sign in to Google, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple directly inside CalSync and choose the calendars they want to include. There is no longer a need to search for ICS links. CalSync also includes a generic CalDAV connection for Fastmail, Nextcloud, and other compatible calendar services on every paid plan. Traditional ICS links and calendar file uploads are still fully supported. Connected accounts now appear in a clean dropdown, making it easier to add accounts, switch between them, and manage long calendar lists. Create a Planner for Just One Week You can now generate a complete planner covering a single week. Choose any date, and CalSync automatically builds the planner from your selected week-start day. It includes: ✅ All seven daily pages ✅ The complete weekly view ✅ Your selected summary pages ✅ Clear navigation limited to the selected week ✅ The exact date range displayed on the cover and planner card You can also quickly choose This Week or Next Week. One-week planners work with every planner style and supported tablet, including weeks that cross into a new month or year. Create Planners for Previous Years The year picker now reaches two years into the past, making CalSync more useful for journaling, record keeping, and creating personal archives. Past-year planners no longer display today’s date, today’s events, or Today buttons. We also added a new planner setting that lets you disable the Jump to Today button on the cover and daily pages of any planner. Run CalSync and Binder Together You can now keep CalSync and Binder open at the same time. When another eInkPads application is already using a connection, CalSync quietly switches to an available connection instead of opening a blank window or displaying an error.

Quick update from the CalSync team! Sorry we’ve been a little quiet lately. We’ve been heads down working on one of the biggest updates we’ve ever made to CalSync. We’re adding native calendar connections for Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and Apple iCloud. 🎉 Google Calendar is working great. 🎉 Microsoft Outlook is also working great. 🚧 We’re putting the finishing touches on Apple iCloud Calendar support. This will be a pro feature. However we are also enabling traditional CalDav Support which will be a standard feature. This is especially exciting for those of you who have been using Microsoft 365 or Exchange accounts where calendar details couldn’t be published through an ICS feed. With native Outlook integration, those limitations are removed, so you should finally be able to sync your calendar details directly into your planner.
