THAT WAS EASY!! 😍
I do several things over the course of the day as part of my personal regimen to support my health. It can feel overwhelming to add in new things even if they only take 10 minutes or so to do. The last couple of mornings, I discovered a way to very efficiently stack the lymphatic drainage steps and 10 minutes on my rebounder afterwards using my phone, as opposed to my laptop, to access the software I use to do scans and optimizations every morning. I keep my rebounder tucked under my dining table. I simply stood on it facing the table & put my phone on the table, just picking it up when I needed to tap certain things on the screen. I also found myself absentmindedly singing the happy cell song the whole time I was gently bouncing on the rebounder! 🥰 It may seem like a little thing, but it has massively opened up my morning, and I no longer feel overwhelmed. I feel accomplished and inspired! Within an hour I have checked 4 major things off my list. I have so much free time I almost don’t know what to do with myself. 😂

@Kellie Norrgard Tx! Yes!! I don’t use the dining table for eating, so it worked out rather well that I can just slide the rebounder in and out from under it. 😃

@Jared Burch Thank you! It’s made a huge difference!! 🙏🩷🙏
4-7-8 BREATHING
@Jared Burch Why can the longer exhale feel more challenging that the inhale. I would have guessed the inhale would be more challenging when the diaphragm has chronically not been used properly. BTW I am absolutely loving your explanations of how the lymph works. Fascinating! The breath part?? Well, I was a chronic breath holder and very shallow breather for most of my life (decades) due to being stuck in habituated freeze. Discovering how that would have affected my lymph drainage is enlightening!

@Jared Burch Thank you for the explanation! 🙏 I have found it’s easier if I do a slow, controlled exhale through my mouth with lips pursed as if I was blowing out a candle. Is exhaling through the mouth as opposed to the nose OK?

@Laura Healy Ireland is on my wish list some day. My Maternal Grandfather was Irish. Apparently that makes me eligible for Irish Citizenship!! Who knew?? 🥰

@Laura Healy My grandfather left Ireland as a teenager or early 20’s and I think he was one of 11 children but the Parish records have all been lost. My late Mum did a genealogy search many years ago, though, at the time she was more focussed on her maternal ancestry. I can’t recall if she connected with any relatives of her father or not. Her maiden name was Irwin. Anyway, all that to say I could pass a relative in the street and I wouldn’t even know them LOL. But, one day I would still like to visit. 🥰
Chronic Tension & Effects on Lymph Drainage
Are there any additional challenges regarding lymph drainage for those of us who hold chronic (fascia & muscle) tension in our body? Is that tension physically inhibiting drainage and will it still impeded proper drainage after the gates are opened? @Jared Burch
Closed doors
The first week after starting to move lymph...the poo part started moving. It's been Years of poor digestion/BM and I was feeling more than hopeful...but there has been a stall and back to the regular closed door in that department...then I realized my breathing was shallow...the pee and perspiration part...no problem. Now incorporating the suggested breathing technique! Thanks Burch Bear!
