🍿 Why Consistency Matters (Even When Your Only Member Is Your Mom)
Saturday movie time: Julie & Julia. one of my favs and it's secretly a movie about building a community. if you haven't seen it, Julie decides to cook all 524 recipes from Julia Child's cookbook in 365 days. and blog about every single one. her first reader was her mom. that's the part i love most. she kept cooking and posting for an audience that didn't exist yet. day 12. day 40. day 90. mostly quiet. but then people started showing up. not because one post blew up. because she'd been there every day when they arrived. that's why consistency matters on Skool. people do stay where someone has clearly been showing up for a while. which brings me to the flame 🔥 yes, there is a lot of discussion about the flame: to flame or not to flame. in the Hackathon i keep nagging you about it: - 10 activities a day on Skool. - a like, a comment, a post, - anything counts. and i know some of you are thinking "what does a little flame have to do with getting 100 members or success on Skool" everything, actually. the flame is your Julie blog. it's proof that YOU ARE TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. because the people who get to 100 members aren't the most talented ones. they're the ones who kept showing up on the boring days. i know that most of you have a job, a family, a life. BUT 10 activities is something you can do on a coffee break. Julie had a day job too, and she still boned a duck at midnight. so while you watch, ask yourself: 1. when does Julie want to quit, and what keeps her going? 2. Julia gets told no on her book. what would you have done at the first no? 3. Julie cooks after work. where's your "after work" slot for your business? 4. if you committed to your community for a full year, not a month, what would you do differently starting Monday? grab popcorn. come back and drop your answer in the comments: what day of your flame are you on? ⬇️ p.s. i changed my plans here to annual only: Premium at $9/ VIP at $90. you must commit or it does not work.

Niche 1 People: Young Christians who want to grow but struggle with distraction, unhealthy attachments, inconsistent habits, or worldly priorities. Problem: They believe in Christ but struggle to translate their faith into the way they actually live. Result: A more disciplined, introspective, purposeful life where personal growth is ordered around seeking God first. Method: 1:1 listening and discipleship, Scripture, prayer, reflection, practical habit-building, and Christian community. Niche Score: 8.5/10 Niche 2 People: Ambitious young Christians who want to become the person God is calling them to be. Problem: They want success, relationships, meaningful work, and personal growth but don't want those things to become more important than God. Result: They learn to pursue their ambitions while surrendering them to God and making decisions from a Christ-centered identity. Method: Introspective conversations, biblical principles, discernment, practical experiments, habit formation, and community. Niche Score: 8.7/10 Niche 3 People: Christians who feel spiritually stuck and want their faith to become more real and practical. Problem: Their relationship with Christ feels disconnected from their habits, relationships, decisions, and everyday life. Result: They develop a lived faith—praying, reading Scripture, examining themselves, overcoming unhealthy attachments, serving others, and continuing to trust God through difficulty. Method: Relational discipleship through attentive listening, prayer, Scripture, Catholic formation, practical challenges, weekly check-ins, and community. Niche Score: 9/10

This Is Not a Challenge. It’s a Hackathon.
A challenge is something you “try.” A hackathon? That’s different. A hackathon is where people get together for a short, intense period of time and build something real. It’s collaborative. It’s focused. It’s fun. It’s slightly uncomfortable. And it’s about cracking the code. I cracked mine. I just got my first 100 members in my main community 🏆 You are welcome to join when you're ready! Now it's time for you to crack yours. The goal is simple: - 100 members in your community. - Momentum. Proof. Execution. - And yes - a $100 prize. But here’s the real prize: You stop being someone who dreams and become someone who builds. STEP 1. Your Commitment ----> Write It Down Now: “In the next 30 days, I will launch and grow my Skool community to 100 members.” Put it somewhere visible. If you’re brave, post it publicly on whatever platform you’re active on. LinkedIn. Instagram. Facebook. X. Doesn’t matter. Public commitment creates extra pressure. STEP 2. Make a public stake (it's optional, but it does work on some people like magic) Come up with a punishment if you don't do the work, and don't reach your goal in the next 30 days. Here is the idea: Remember, if you hit 100 members in 30 days, I'll send you $100. So, would not it be fair if don’t (because you did not put in enough work), you send me $100. Fair. Clean. Simple. Or choose your own fun public “penalty” — something visible, something playful. No shame. Just skin in the game. STEP 3. Share it here 👇🏻 - Write your commitment - Write your punishment if you feel it will help (optional) - Share a link to the public post with the commitment and punishment (optional) Ready? GO!
