Good morning, I really need help because I feel like I am completely stocked at this point and I . I am at the point of setting up a Ltd company but I don't know how to go about it. I am aware I could use Companies House but I have heard about creating it online. Does anyone has any recommendations? Secondly, would it be advisable to create a business bank account before creating a Ltd company? Lastly, would I need to transfer some money into the business bank account even though my business isn't yet active or would the bank be charging me monthly? Many thanks

I always love seeing what happens when you bring the right people into one room. We kicked things off with our Expert Panel, featuring Phil Elder, Neil and Jacquie Dobson alongside Liam, answering delegates' questions about property and beyond. It was a brilliant opportunity to hear different perspectives and learn from people with real experience. Soon after, our celebrity guest Levi Roots took to the stage to share his inspirational journey, from humble beginnings to getting his famous Reggae Reggae Sauce onto supermarket shelves across the country. His story was a great reminder of what can happen when you believe in an idea and keep pushing forward. Our VIPs also had the chance to grab their photos with Levi! We were also delighted to welcome Stuart and Scarlette Douglas from TV, who shared their knowledge and experience in property flipping and investment. To round off the day, Nick Staab took the stage to teach us about the power of influence and how it can make a difference in business and beyond. A massive thank you to all our speakers, delegates and the team behind the scenes who helped make this weekend happen. I wanted to share a few moments from today, because the energy in the room was fantastic. We kicked things off with me talking about the power of JV funding. It’s something I’m really passionate about, because so many people think they need all the money themselves to get started in property. When you’ve got the knowledge, the right deal and the right relationships, that changes everything. Phil Harris then did a real deep dive into what everyone needs to be doing to grow on Instagram. There were a lot of notebooks out for that one! Paul Rawson from Express Mortgages came and talked about funding deals and what lenders are really looking for. Jesson James took everyone through investing and getting your money working for you, not just working for your money. But, as always, it wasn’t just about what happened on stage. The BBQ was brilliant, and the VIP Afterparty was the perfect way to wrap up the day. For me, the best part was seeing so many of you in the same room. I caught up with people I’ve known for years, met members I’ve only ever spoken to online, and heard about everything you’ve all been working on. And we’re not done yet… Tomorrow we’ve got a very special segment with Levi Roots, and I genuinely can’t wait for you all to hear from him.
