Heck yea!
Help me shape Thursday's call
Quick one, I need your input before I change anything. Thursday's call has been open Q&A with me. Right now it's locked to VIPs. I've been thinking about turning it into structured sales training, where we role play and work through real calls together. But I don't want to swap out something that's working just because I like the idea. So vote below. If you'd pick a second meeting, drop the day and time that actually works for you. If you feel strongly either way, message me directly. I want to hear it. And honestly, thank you for being in here early. You're the ones helping shape what the Den becomes. What's the one sales problem you'd want us to hit first?

I’m also curious on the workflow for the inside reps. If you have a doc or graphic showing the flow of the calls I could better wrap my mind around it. For example, lead calls in, csr handles it and closes on the phone. What happens next, is the csr scheduling, does it get passed to dispatch, etc.
Leaders are readers. What should we read together?
I believe who we become is shaped by the ideas we take in. That makes what we read worth being intentional about. For me, leadership development isn’t just learning how to run a better business. It’s becoming someone people can trust. Someone who handles hard conversations with humility, follows through, and does the right thing when it costs something. Books can challenge how we think. But the goal isn’t to finish more books. It’s to let what we learn change how we lead. Some of my favorite authors are Patrick Lencioni, Gino Wickman, Tim Keller, James Clear, Michael Lewis, Angela Duckworth, and Malcolm Gladwell. Different perspectives, but plenty to explore about character, habits, people, and judgment. That’s the direction I’d love for our Lion’s Den book studies: honest conversations about meaningful ideas and how we put them into practice. What’s one book that changed how you lead or the kind of person you want to become? Drop the title and author below, along with why you’d recommend it. Like the suggestions you’d want to read together, and we can use those to build a shortlist for a community vote.

Getting everything you can out of all you’ve got by Jay Abraham. This was a recent read for me and was one I found very actionable.
Offshore Sales Call tomorrow 10/2/26
For those planning to join us for tomorrow’s Offshore Sales Webinar, please note that the meeting link has changed. We will be using Skool’s native video call feature instead of Google Meet. When we go live, you’ll see a Join link at the top of the community when you open the Skool app or log in from your desktop. Fernanda and I will be covering: • What to expect from an offshore sales agent • The hiring and placement process • Typical pay, compensation, and commission structures • Incentives and accountability systems that help keep agents motivated and performing at a high level Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Thank you Kris & Nathan! I caught the replay and 🤯. Help with finding that integrator for this AI role would be awesome! I found myself fumbling around with these agents and such since Sunday night and quickly found that I am falling down a very deep rabbit hole that I have no right being in 😂. The value in that attachment alone is worth the price of admission as long as I can get it integrated.
