Testing tasks for the device: reMarkable Paper Pro Planner Style: Clarity Version CalSync: 1.7.2 I've managed to get the following to happen when I mark tasks in reMarkable: - If it's a recurring task: the text disappears and the mark appears. - If it's not a recurring task: the task appears crossed out, but I can still see my mark. I tried deleting it, and underneath was the mark symbol. My text should have disappeared, and I should only see the symbol, right? Anyway, the task completion feature in reMarkable hasn't worked every time.

I just purchased a CalSync Vault license, and the only thing it unlocks are the calendars. I see that even removing the "last updated stamp" requires a monthly subscription. I expected full access, not to have almost everything restricted. Furthermore, the calendars aren't being added to my address book, which is the main functionality I was looking for. I've added two: one from Google and one from Outlook with ICS. Nothing is showing up. I'd like to know how I can request a refund.

I have the iCal feed from Google Calendar. I've added several events for today to my calendar. When I analyze the feed in Calsync's planner editor, they're all being collected. But they're not appearing in my reMarkable calendar. It's been several hours. That's not normal. I've done both manual and automatic updates.
