Hey everyone I’m Susan. I’m a total beginner in the property but watched lots of stuff online. I’m in the construction industry so have some knowledge and experience to offer. I’m looking at sourcing and R2R to begin with I think, to build some capital or until I get more knowledge and experience! Lol.. Let’s get this party started! 😉

@Susan Mcfadyen Definitely. I agree, we can learn a lot from each other, especially when we’re both looking at deals from different angles. And being in the middle of a deal is exciting; the numbers really are what make or break it. What are the numbers looking like so far, and what’s the biggest factor that could make you walk away?

Grateful to say that I just closed on a new property. Every closing is exciting, but what I appreciate most is everything that happens behind the scenes—the lessons, the challenges, the conversations, and the people who help make it happen. @Igboanu Chibuike That’s a great plan, and definitely achievable with the right strategy. I’ve been in the property business for about 5 years now, and I’ve faced quite a few challenges along the way, but I’m grateful to say I’ve achieved almost all the goals I set for myself, especially building toward financial freedom. One thing I’ve learned is that it’s not always about working harder, it’s about working smarter, understanding the numbers, and learning from people who have already been through the process.
