🚀 CalSync 1.7.3 is live
This release is all about the day-to-day feeling rock solid: your calendars, your pen, and your time zones. More reliable calendar display Your connected calendars land on your planner more consistently now. We tightened the whole pipeline from feed to tablet, so what you see in the app is what shows up on your device. Pen task sync over USB and Wi-Fi Task Markup is no longer cloud-only. Check off, forward, or clear a task with your pen on a reMarkable connected over USB or local Wi-Fi, and CalSync reads it back and updates Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, or your CalDAV list on the next sync. Cloud still works too. Cleaner "done" on tasks Finished tasks now get a crisp done badge that sits next to your own handwriting instead of doubling up on it, so a completed task reads clean at a glance. Set your time zone once New in Settings: a global default time zone. Set it one time and every new planner (and every time zone dropdown) starts there, with an "Apply to all planners" button to bring your existing ones in line. Update now — auto-update will bring it to you, or grab it here: Mac (Apple Silicon): https://www.einkpads.io/api/calsync/darwin/arm64/releases/latest Mac (Intel): https://www.einkpads.io/api/calsync/darwin/x64/releases/latest Windows: https://www.einkpads.io/api/calsync/win32/releases/latest Linux: https://www.einkpads.io/api/calsync/linux/x64/releases/latest Questions or requests? @Jason Smith so for now - with the 1.7.3 update, tasks are not showing for the remarkable paper pro? so we'll wait for next version if I understand this correctly - do we have to do something with templates?

@Jason Smith no. a paper pro
google tasks on calsync
I have not been able to see my google tasks when using the planner on my remarkable paper pro. I've verified that tasks show up on my google calendar and are checked, but they won't show up on my planner. Help - this would be really great to access!
Binder on reMarkable Pro
I purchased the Binder along with the planner. Is it true I can't use the Binder on my reMarkable Pro unless it's in developer mode? I was trying to avoid the whole developer mode thing.
Does the one-time payment "Vault" licence necessitate manual push every time?
I have had a rummage around and can't see anything that re-assures me that I can have my calendar updates appear on my reMarkable automatically after I add them to my Google calendar on my phone or iPad without having to boot up my laptop, open CalSync and push it manually. I am praying that I am being stupid and haven't just wasted my money...

that would be amazing. I just found this out the hard way too. I assumed it would be easy, but I guess I have to subscribe to a Pro plan if I want to push my planner from my desktop in addition to my laptop (where I set everything up)? More than one computer requires a subscription?
