What have you practiced today?
Knowledge without practice = information. Knowledge + practice = transformation. There is tremendous power in that small difference. Have you tried the Orange/Golden Flash yet? More importantly… did you practice it again today? Knowing what to do is one thing. Turning it into a daily routine is something completely different. And that's where real change begins. So I'm taking the next step with the Super-Vision Movement. Starting this Sunday, I'm going LIVE every Sunday. We'll meet together, practice a short Super-Vision routine, work on our eyes and bodies, and most importantly, actually practice instead of just talking about practice. Short. Simple. Consistent. My goal is that you leave each Sunday feeling better than when you arrived, and with something you can continue practicing during the week. Who's in? 🙋 I'm adding our first session to the calendar now.

I practiced orange flash again today - it was very pleasant but probably for the last time now because of the upcoming weather... Where can I find "skying" please? Iˇve just watched the video about orange flash (which was amazing) but others are " locked"... Can you help me please?
She burst out laughing...
Every Tuesday and Thursday, I teach a Qigong class on the beach here in Israel, just south of Caesarea, where a great Roman city thrived two thousand years ago. And we end every Qigong session with the Orange Flash routine. It's become a ritual. I don't even have to suggest it anymore, the students ask for it because it feels so good. I put on a couple of songs, and we move or dance, in the sunlight, while giving our eyes a chance to experience natural outdoor light. And when we get to the Orange Flash part, laughter often breaks out. There's something incredibly satisfying about it. If I had to choose one practice for overall well-being, this would be high on my list. It combines sunlight, movement, relaxation, and simply feeling alive. So whenever the sun breaks through, take advantage of it and practice the Orange Flash routine. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go to the Classroom tab and try it for yourself. And join us for Super-Vision Sunday, where we'll meet for a session of discussion and practice. This Sunday, I'll also share one of the most important stretches I practice. I call it the Miracle Stretch. It's one of the practices that has helped me maintain the flexibility that allows me to do the splits at 62, and I'll show you how to begin wherever you are today. See you Sunday! 👁️☀️ Yaron Fritzco

🍅 The Pomodoro Method: Better Focus, Happier Eyes! 👁️
Did you know that taking regular breaks can improve your productivity AND help your eyes? The Pomodoro Technique is a simple time-management method that encourages you to work in short, focused sessions followed by breaks. It was invented by an Italian medical university student, Francisco Cirillio in 1987. He used a timer in the shape of a tomato, hence the name Pomodoro = tomato in Italian ⏱️ 25 minutes: Focus on your work. 🌿 5 minutes: Take a break, move around, and relax your eyes. 🔄 Repeat four times, then take a longer break of 15–30 minutes. During the 15 minutes break after 2 hours of work, you take an S-13 moment, to loosen your shoulders increase blood flow, increase agility. How does this benefit your vision? When we stare at screens, we tend to blink less and keep our eyes focused at the same distance for too long. This can contribute to dryness, eye fatigue, and blurred vision. During your five-minute break: 👁️ Look into the distance to relax your focusing muscles. 🚶 Get up, stretch, and release tension in your neck and shoulders. ☀️ If possible, step outside and enjoy some natural daylight. These habits can help reduce digital eye strain and support visual comfort while helping the back be pain free and sharpen the mind. You can download an app that keeps the pomodoro timer for free on your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pomodrone.app&pcampaignid=web_share for the apple version, look for pomodoro timer

Balance.... and the way of things
Lately, I’ve been asking almost everyone I meet to take off their sunglasses when we talk, so I can see their eyes. I hate talking to a pair of shades without seeing the person’s eyes. They say the eyes are the windows to the soul. And it really does feel completely different when you can look someone in the eye during a conversation. But since it’s the end of summer and still very bright outside, almost everyone tells me the same thing: “The light is too strong. The glare bothers my eyes.” Aha!!! Isn’t that interesting? Aren’t we part of nature? Haven’t human beings lived under the sun for our entire existence? Look at Indigenous cultures and traditional communities around the world. Sunglasses are a very recent invention in human history. Since meeting Meir Schneider almost two years ago, I’ve gradually stopped wearing sunglasses in the sun. At first, it was difficult. For the first couple of weeks, wearing a cap was a must. But over time, my experience of sunlight changed. And now I feel much more connected to the natural world around me — to the earth, to the light, and to the sun. It’s an amazing feeling. In my next post, I’ll explain what happens inside the eye as light changes throughout the day. And it may surprise you. Who here is addicted to sunglasses?

I think it's healthy and natural not to wear sunglasses but there can be an extreme situation (by the sea etc.) - I believe it's ok to use them exceptionally. I haven't personally use them for 2 years.
Observe the 20-20-20 Rule
What is that? You ask. One of the most important rules for vision improvement and for keeping back pain away. It basically says this: Every 20 minutes. (25 if you work according to the Pomodoro method.) Get up from your chair. Walk to a window. 20 second at least stare to the distance of at least- 20 ft which is 6 meters. That's it. Give your eyes a rest from screens and from looking at a close distance. Do that and reduce becoming myopic. Want me to do a post about the benefits of the Pomodoro method?
