Today I realized why Meir Schneider invented the Skying exercise.
It’s actually pretty simple. Because he lives in the fog. 😄 Literally. He lives right across from the beach in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood. An old map of San Francisco even labeled this area as: “Uninhabitable due to fog.” And I can understand why. Fog all day long. Sometimes you only get a glimpse of the sun just as it’s setting. Fog throughout the whole day. You might get a glimpse of the sun just as it’s setting. I actually grew up in this fog. I grew up in San Francisco’s Richmond District, near the Cliff House, so I know it well. Maybe that’s why I became a sungazer. I love the Sunning routine or, as I prefer to call it, The Orange Flash. Because that’s exactly what you get when you do a short period of palming during the exercise. 🍊 That beautiful orange flash. If you haven’t tried it yet, let me know, and I’ll create a lesson about it. And if you have already tried it and started seeing results, please share your experience with us. My own eyesight keeps improving, and it’s amazing to discover more and more of what the world has to show me. 👁️ Have you tried the Orange Flash?

Seeing better improves your life
Those were the words that came out of Sanjey’s mouth today at lunch. Sanjey is currently attending Meir Schneider’s Basic Training course - a 100-hour, 12-day deep dive into learning and practicing the method. And this is exactly why I believe learning from the source matters. Meir Schneider was born blind and, through years of practice, taught himself to see. He has spent decades helping people understand their eyes, their bodies, and their ability to develop new ways of seeing. He has also worked with people facing serious conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis. Sanjey started the course wearing glasses. Just a few days into the training, today, he can read without them. The change can sometimes be fast. But the real secret isn't speed. It's practice. When you practice consistently, you give your eyes and brain the opportunity to work together in new ways. And you don't have to figure out what to do on your own. I've taken Meir's Vision for Life book and with Schneider, brought it to life in the 'Super Vision Blueprint', combining the book with Meir's explanations, demonstrations, and insights. You'll find it in the Classroom tab. If you've ever wondered what you can do to support your own vision naturally, this is a great place to begin. Learn it. Practice it. See what happens.

Q: Super Vision Journey; missed enrollment deadline.
Yaron, I was out of town and must have missed the deadline for the $97 tuition for the 3 month class; I didn't receive any notice it was coming due, or I would have enrolled before I left. Will this class be repeated at a future date at $97 price point?

Hi Beverly, It was offered at $97/month for 3 months or $291 total. The price was adjusted to 497 now which is still a great value, challenges like this are priced 4 times as much.
Floaters - how do you treat them?
I've had floaters for as long as I can remember. A few years ago, I started seeing flashes of light, and then suddenly a large cloud of floaters appeared. Over time, they have faded somewhat, and I've found that sunning and palming definitely help me. When I asked Meir Schneider how he deals with floaters, he told me: "Focus on them until they pop. The pressure of looking at them will make them go away." I gave it a try, but I have to say it didn't work for me. One thing I've heard encouraging reports about is castor oil. I've seen several testimonials from people who apply a small amount of castor oil to their closed eyelids before going to bed. Many say it has helped reduce their floaters over time. I'm going to try it myself for the next month and report back on my experience. Have you ever tried castor oil for floaters? I'd love to hear about your experience in the comments. In the course Super Vision Blueprint, Meir shares other exercises that DO work for eye issues and improving vision. The Super vision Journey will be starting in one month. We'll be going through a 13 week challenge to improve vision and movement.
