> My lowest Harmony dimension: [which area needs love] > Financial stability WAY down the scale at 2/10, followed by Career/work 5/10 > Wind-down pattern I noticed: I procrastinate even going to bed partly because that late hours is when I've felt most comfortable using for myself because no one else was clamoring for my attention or for me to tend to their needs and wants. > Morning pattern I noticed: Frankly, I didn't recognize the pattern but the report nailed the situation. Sharing from my report: "And your morning tells the same story in miniature: the slow coffee, the cat, the domestic half hour that genuinely restores you, and then, right at the moment your brain comes online, "what fires need to be put out for the day." You noticed it yourself and called it "resentful and definitely frustrated with myself for wasting some of my most productive time on client work." That's not a discipline gap. That's the prediction from your report running on schedule at 10 a.m., because other people's deadlines still feel safer than your own." > I decided to close my open loop that I had chosen on Day 1 because I knew I could and would do it because it would make me feel competent. After going through today's 3 Questions, I realize now that I very strategically avoided choosing the most debilitating open loop that actually has an easy Step by Step process I could have followed to close it. Boy, self-sabotage exposure right there! I'm surprised that recognizing that now and openly admitting it is generating feelings of relief, when I would have expected shame or sadness. Feeling relief feels wonderful and liberating and encouraging. I'm stunned.
