Evening everyone! We are four days away from the Half Marathon for those registered and updates would have been sent to your emails as I have received along with your badge number. Please 🙏 for those who have booked in - please spend a short time familiarising the email along with the race guide. It shows all the details over parking, as some roads close early and the details over the event village, of which I aim to be at the Little Miracles tent ⛺️ early possibly from around 7am. You will need to register, bag as part of your number placed in the area, and in your designated pen ready for the start…. There is a warm up as well. So my advice is to get there early, so you can all meet up if you want to! My number is 07561 623563 but please 🙏 bare in mind I go off early than the masses in the wheelchair ♿️ and then we are to as Mike says run 🏃‍♀️/ walk your own race, but I do hope to meet at the end, and from 10 miles if you guys have not seen me, I will be looking out for you, but trust me, I will no doubt be at the rear and will find it challenging! 10 weeks. 73 days. Roughly 20% of the year still to go. And yet, so many people have already decided the year is over. They're winding down, thinking about Christmas, making plans for January and telling themselves they'll start again next year. Why? You still have 73 days to make something extraordinary happen. You could have your best sales day, your best sales week or even your best sales month of the entire year. You could win that client you've been chasing, launch that idea you've been sitting on or finally make the breakthrough you've been working towards. A friend's football team, POSH (Peterborough United), scored in the 90th minute last Saturday and completely changed the game. Imagine if they'd decided in the 80th minute that it was all over. It's always too soon to give up. And here's something else I've learnt over the years. Even if you're not going to win, FINISH. Finish the race. Finish the project. Finish what you started. Because every time you give up early, you're reinforcing the habit of quitting. And every time you keep going, even when the odds are against you, you're building the discipline, resilience and character of someone who sees things through. Success isn't just about winning. It's about showing up, staying in the game and refusing to give up before the final whistle. So stop writing off the rest of 2026. You've still got 73 days. What are you going to do with them? The year isn't over until it’s over!!

I post this to share, that life (and business) can be a rollercoaster and to have the highs and lows is all part of this rich tapestry called life 👊 Thank you @Dr Mike Greene DL and the community for all their support through what has been one of my toughest periods.

A little win I wanted to share with this group because I know so many of you have seen parts of the journey behind the scenes. Last night I won two Peterborough Top 100 Awards: Workplace Champion and Rising Star. I’m really proud of it, but more than anything it made me stop and reflect on how much has changed in a relatively short space of time. When I started Curiously Divergent, I had a big vision for what I wanted to build, but I definitely didn’t have every part of the plan figured out. The ambition has always been bigger than just running a consultancy. I want to build a neurodivergent support hub that brings together practical support for individuals and families, alongside work with employers, schools and community organisations. Over the last year, that idea has started to become something much more tangible. We’ve grown the team, secured new contracts, built new partnerships, expanded our services and started moving much closer towards that bigger vision. There have also been plenty of difficult moments, uncomfortable decisions and lessons I probably wouldn’t have chosen to learn in quite the way I did. That’s one of the reasons I really value being part of this group. Having access to Mike’s mentoring, and being surrounded by people who are building, growing, questioning things and sharing what they’ve learnt, has helped me think much more strategically about where I’m taking the business rather than just focusing on what needs doing today. I’m still very much in the building stage, and I know there is a lot more to learn, but winning Rising Star and Workplace Champion felt like a really lovely marker of the progress so far. So I wanted to share the win here and also say thank you. The advice, conversations, challenges and encouragement in this group genuinely do make a difference. Now back to building the next stage.
