📢 A Quick Community Update
First, thank you. What we've built here is something special. Every week I see people asking thoughtful questions, sharing victories, supporting one another, and taking ownership of their health. That was always the goal. As many of you have noticed, the monthly membership price has now increased to $39/month. I spent some time speaking with Skool about maintaining fair pricing for existing members and making sure we had a sustainable structure moving forward. As the community continues to grow, there are increasing costs associated with creating new lessons, reviewing bloodwork, hosting live sessions, building protocols, and providing support. With that said, the best value remains the annual membership. The annual plan is currently $240/year, which works out to only $20/month, nearly half the monthly rate. If you know you're planning to stay in the community, continue learning, attend the Tuesday lives, and access future lessons, I would strongly encourage you to consider switching to the annual option while it remains available at its current pricing. My goal has always been to keep this community accessible while continuing to improve the quality of education, support, and resources available to all of you. Thank you for being part of this journey. We're only getting started. ❤️ Maurice Daher Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™

Say Hi to Mona!
@Maurice Daher @Sue Keeley @Kim Crayton @Helen Risen-Mayo @Mona Mallery just joined SKOOL! Mona was on Maurice's Sunday You Tube LIVESTREAM yesterday. She was asking Maurice questions about the digestion of fat without a gallbladder. I've tagged Sue, Kim and Helen as they've also had their gallbladder removed. I shared with Mona that Maurice's class last Tuesday (June 30) discussed among other things, how fat is processed without a gallbladder. Sue, Kim, Helen - Please welcome Mona to our SKOOL community. I shared with Mona that we are a tight community and share our past health experiences/challenges with others to help them navigate the challenges they face. Since you've had your gallbladder removed, I anticipate that all of you have unique knowledge and experiences that may be of help to Mona. 🙂 Mona, Feel free to post questions to Maurice and he will answer them in great detail. Just remember to tag him with @Maurice Daher so he is alerted to your post. Welcome to SKOOL, Mona! Like all of us others, I know you'll find Maurice's SKOOL incredible in so many ways. 🫠

@Mona Mallery Welcome !! You are definitely in a great place here as a member. Thank you @Leilani Tedeski for tagging me. We all learn from each other and support each other here. Sometimes we have similar things going on with our gallbladder issues and some different but all provide greater understanding and an ability to dial in the best unique route each of us needs to take. Don't take it all in at once!! Slow gentle steady consistent small changes are beneficial.
Possible Partnership with Evexia Diagnostics?
@Maurice Daher In March, I posted a price comparison spreadsheet to share with other SKOOL Members as a tool they can utilize if they decide to order bloodwork tests via an online portal. In the spreadsheet, I compare 5 online portals. Overall, Evexia Diagnostics has the most cost effective bloodwork prices; however, access to Evexia requires that one is a member with one of their partners. I qualify because I'm a member with the health sharing partner, Knew Health. Today, I prompted a search to identify other Evexia partners. My query didn't list specific partners, but it shared that Evexia is a business-to-business laboratory broker and they partner with thousands of nutritionists, licensed functional and integrative medicine practitioners across the US and Canada. Evexia offers many more bloodwork tests beyond those that I've listed in the spreadsheet, but access to some of the key bloodwork tests are not offered via my Knew Health partnership. For example, I can't order Apo B and a few other key lipid markers from Evexia and am forced to use another lab to fill the gap. The catalog of bloodwork tests that I have access to was created specifically for their Knew Health partnership. Since Evexia has partnerships with nutritionists and functional specialists in Canada, would you consider establishing a possible partnership with Evexia? SKOOL members could then have access to an extensive catalog of bloodwork tests at very competitive prices. And possibly, the catalog associated with your partnership could include some of the specialized tests that you advise us to run throughout the year, i.e., Apo B, Lp(a), Oxidized LDL, Apo A-1, etc. I will be contacting Evexia in the coming days and can request some initial information on partnerships to share with you (if you so desire). Food for thought...(pun intended)! 😂🤣

I really appreciate this subject. @Leilani Tedeski @Terry Bolinger @Karen K @Maurice Daher I started looking around a little bit and found a site that offers a substantial package for $99 usd that includes a urinalysis but it is only available in the US. They may offer a group discount but we'd need to call. From the website The package includes: "" https://www.healthlabs.com/ Comprehensive Whole-Body Testing With Iron Status Insight The Comprehensive Health Test Panel is a robust wellness screening designed to provide a detailed, whole-body evaluation of your health. This panel combines essential laboratory testing, including the Basic Health Test Panel, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Thyroid Panel with TSH, and an Iron test, to help identify early signs of nutritional deficiencies, metabolic imbalance, and chronic disease."" ""By assessing cardiovascular health, metabolism, blood health, thyroid function, kidney and liver performance, and iron levels, this panel delivers actionable insights that support preventive care and long-term wellness. What Is the Comprehensive Health Panel? The Comprehensive Health Panel includes the following laboratory tests: - Lipid Panel - Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) - Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential - Routine Comprehensive Urinalysis with Microscopic Examination (performed if abnormalities are detected) - Thyroid Panel with TSH - Iron Testing (Iron status markers) Together, these tests provide a comprehensive evaluation of organ function, oxygen delivery, immune health, hormone balance, and nutritional status. What Body Systems Are Evaluated? This wellness panel provides a broad evaluation of multiple vital organs and systems, including: - Heart - Liver - Thyroid - Circulatory system - Kidneys - Blood and bone marrow - Glands - Nerves - Bones - Muscles
📢 Quick Community Reminder
As our community continues to grow, I kindly ask that all questions, updates, protocol discussions, and follow-ups be posted inside Skool whenever possible. Please avoid sending health-related questions through email. I receive a very large volume of emails daily, and unfortunately I cannot always respond quickly. When questions are sent through email, they can easily get buried while I work through messages in order. Every evening, I set aside time specifically to review community posts, progress updates, and private messages inside Skool. This allows me to keep everything organized and ensures your questions are seen and answered much faster. An added benefit is that when questions are asked inside the community, other members often learn from the discussion as well. Thank you for helping me keep everything streamlined so I can continue supporting as many people as possible. Have a wonderful day. Maurice Daher, CNS Duke 🐾 & Kash 🐾 Any personal messages could be sent directly through private chat...

📢 Community Reminder & Quick Housekeeping
Happy Sunday everyone! ❤️ Over the years, I have spent thousands of hours researching, studying, testing, working with clients, reviewing bloodwork, building protocols, and creating the educational content that is shared inside this community. Many of the articles, protocols, roadmaps, and resources found under the "Student Requests" section are not basic information you can find with a simple Google search. They are the result of years of work, clinical experience, trial and error, and continual refinement. I am absolutely happy for you to use this information to improve your own health and to help family and friends. In fact, that is one of the reasons I created this community. However, please remember that all community content falls under the "Community Content Use and Copyright Agreement". https://www.skool.com/mauricedaher/community-content-use-and-copyright-agreement Please do not copy, repost, distribute, publish, sell, or reproduce any protocols, roadmaps, lessons, articles, or documents word-for-word without my written permission. If there is ever something you would like to share publicly, teach, repurpose, or use elsewhere, simply send me a message first. Most situations are easy to work through when we communicate. The goal is simple: I help you. You improve your health. You help others. That creates a ripple effect that benefits everyone. Also, I noticed that only about 50% of members have completed the agreements and acknowledgements. If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to visit: 📌 START HERE (Orientation) Inside that section you will find the agreements, guidelines, and community expectations that every member is required to read and agree to. Please take a moment this week to review them and confirm your agreement. Thank you all for being here, for supporting one another, and for helping make this community what it is. Happy Sunday!
