We all know how useful tagging is, and one way to find out how we can help people is to ask questions. A great way to get answers is with a poll. ...so, in this exapmple I asked "Wanna learn how to make an app for your business?" And the poll results indicated 17 people would find this useful. Could we find a way to then tag all these people in one click? In my use case scenario here, I would tag them as "Want to Build App", so that once I create the event, I can quickly tag them in the event post. Obvioulsy there are lots of ways this would be useful. 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲?

𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘁 — 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻-𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 The Skool Extensions Chatbot is a built-in help assistant for the extension itself. It answers questions about the Skool Extensions toolkit: how features work, where to find settings, troubleshooting, release notes, and anything else related to the extension. Open it from the toolkit settings panel or the extension popup and ask in plain language: "How do I enable the focus mode?", "Why don't I see the members panel?", "What's new in the latest release?". The chatbot pulls from the current feature documentation and release notes, so its answers stay in sync with the version you have installed. The chatbot supports English and German, preserves your conversation history locally, and works offline-aware — if the backend is unreachable, you get a clear error instead of a silent failure. No community context or personal data is sent to the backend; only your question and the extension version. --- 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘁 — 𝗗𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗳𝗲-𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 Der Skool Extensions Chatbot ist ein eingebauter Hilfe-Assistent für die Extension selbst. Er beantwortet Fragen rund um das Skool Extensions Toolkit: wie Features funktionieren, wo du Einstellungen findest, Troubleshooting, Release Notes und alles andere rund um die Extension. Öffne ihn über das Toolkit-Einstellungen-Panel oder das Extension-Popup und stelle deine Frage in natürlicher Sprache: „Wie aktiviere ich den Focus Mode?", „Warum sehe ich das Members Panel nicht?", „Was ist neu in der aktuellen Version?". Der Chatbot greift auf die aktuelle Feature-Dokumentation und die Release Notes zu, sodass seine Antworten immer zur installierten Version passen. Der Chatbot unterstützt Deutsch und Englisch, speichert deinen Gesprächsverlauf lokal und ist fehlerresistent — wenn das Backend nicht erreichbar ist, bekommst du eine klare Fehlermeldung statt eines stillen Abbruchs. Es werden weder Community-Kontext noch persönliche Daten an das Backend übertragen, nur deine Frage und die Extension-Version.

𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 — 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 Automatically activate Focus Mode when you join a Skool live call. Focus Mode hides all notification badges and suppresses browser notifications so you can concentrate on the call without distractions. Focus Mode activates the moment you enter a live call and deactivates when the call ends or you leave the page. No manual toggling needed — just enable the setting in the Live Call section of your settings panel and every call starts distraction-free. --- 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 — 𝗔𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 Aktiviere automatisch den Fokus-Modus, wenn du einem Skool Live-Call beitrittst. Der Fokus-Modus blendet alle Benachrichtigungs-Badges aus und unterdrückt Browser-Benachrichtigungen, damit du dich voll auf den Call konzentrieren kannst. Der Fokus-Modus wird aktiviert, sobald du einem Live-Call beitrittst, und deaktiviert, wenn der Call endet oder du die Seite verlässt. Kein manuelles Umschalten nötig — aktiviere einfach die Einstellung im Live Call-Bereich deines Einstellungen-Panels und jeder Call startet ablenkungsfrei.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 — 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 Typos slip into every post, and writing in a language that isn't your own makes it worse. Translation & Spell Check puts one language button into the post and comment window: it checks your draft's spelling, and in communities you have translated it also translates your draft into the community's language. With both available, the button opens a small menu — "Translate" or "Check spelling". The spell check marks each mistake with suggestions. Click a suggestion to apply it, or "Ignore" to skip the spot. "Apply clear fixes" takes every mistake that has exactly one suggestion in one go. The check runs on LanguageTool and handles up to 20,000 characters at a time. Chats get the same tool. In DMs, in Group Chat and in Skool's own DM window, one button translates your draft into your partner's language or checks its spelling — hover it and the small badge switches between the two modes. The partner's language comes from the CRM or is detected from the conversation. Both parts have their own switch named "Translation & spell check" — one among the post features, one in the chat settings. Automatic translation of community content stays a separate setting ("Translate community content"). Translation and spell check send text directly from your browser to Google Translate and LanguageTool. You're asked for consent once, on your first click; until then you see everything in the original. You can review or revoke it under "Data processing". --- 𝗨̈𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘇𝘂𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗯𝗽𝗿𝘂̈𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗴 — 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝘂̈𝗳𝗲𝗻, 𝗯𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗴𝗲𝗵𝘁 In jeden Post schleichen sich Tippfehler, und wer nicht in der eigenen Sprache schreibt, hat es noch schwerer. Übersetzung & Rechtschreibprüfung setzt einen Sprach-Button ins Post- und Kommentarfenster: Er prüft die Rechtschreibung deines Entwurfs und übersetzt ihn in Communities, die du übersetzen lässt, auch in deren Sprache. Ist beides verfügbar, öffnet der Button ein kleines Menü — „Übersetzen" oder „Rechtschreibung prüfen".
