Hey fam 💙 I’m looking forward to our ceremony today and seeing you all again. ☺️ I wanted to share something I’ve been putting together in case any of you feel called to join me. I’ve been fundraising for the relief efforts happening in Colombia right now, and instead of just asking people to donate, I wanted to give something back through what I know how to do. So tomorrow night, Monday 8/17, I’m hosting Breathe for Colombia, a 60-minute virtual BreathFLO journey in collaboration with Beats + Breath. It’ll be a gentle nervous system restoration where we can slow down, and give our systems a chance to reset. There’s no ticket price. Your donation to the relief efforts is your entrance.
