What's new ### Project drafts are harder to lose - New AI Studio projects can preserve unfinished Standard and Pulse prompts, Edit instructions, and Video instructions before the first generation. - Project restore and autosave now use more consistent recovery paths, helping work survive reopening without exposing technical browser errors. ### Media Library organization is more dependable - Dragging a multi-selected group onto a folder moves the selected items together as one action. - Folder assignment, removal, and moves complete together, so a failed request cannot leave only part of a selection changed. - Folder badges count saved media and prompts separately from child folders, making folder totals easier to understand. - Simultaneous folder moves are protected from creating invalid folder loops. ### Subscription and payment recovery is safer - Checkout blocks invalid billing intervals and duplicate subscription attempts before opening another payment session. - Interrupted subscription, invoice, top-up, and signup work can recover more safely without silently changing account access. - Annual renewal dates are preserved more consistently during recovery. ## Improvements - Image and video cards in Media Library, Character, and Elements can recover durable previews automatically, with clearer preparing and unavailable states instead of blank media shells. - Media Library selection, drag-and-drop, preview recovery, reference intake, and upload errors are handled more consistently. - AI Studio fits more comfortably across supported desktop and laptop window sizes, keeping navigation, workflow controls, scrolling, and the right-side workspace tools reachable. - Edit and Video columns can scroll independently when the global right rail is open. - Expert Edit references, previews, and controls remain easier to reach at compact desktop sizes and shorter window heights. - Elements Manager behaves more consistently when media is dropped or the available workspace height is limited.

They shut down vidbuzz and now im scared to build and invest in this because the same things might happen 😔

vidbuzz was built by another person. Its not related to us. Scott was working with that developer for a time but it wasn't working out so Scott left. I decided to build ShortPulse because other tools aren't worth your money. Me and Scott are brothers. We are here to take over the world lol. We aren't going anywhere but up.

I genuinely believe SP is a far superior tool in comparison to all the alternatives such as Higgsfield, Magnific, Openart, etc. All of the Shortpulse workflows can be found in the classroom. >>> If you're new, here's the backstory <<< SP is a gen AI tool that has been in the works for a long time. It's finally here. There are obviously a ton of AI tools out there, and some of them are pretty good. But... Even though they claim to be "all-in-one" while some features are really good, other features were trash, which usually leads to more tools, more subscriptions, more wasted credits. ShortPulse is a true all-in-one tool for AI creatives. No overhyped gimmicky features that look cool on marketing videos, but in reality, don't do anything besides burn through credits with unusable results. SP is lean, and practical, while still offering the most efficient workflows for all of the best use cases. With that said, those other tools have countless millions in funding + huge tech teams. As of right now, SP has $0 in funding and a team of 2 (my brother and I) + his AI agents🤖. @Kirk Artman is the one who built everything. I'm just the marketing guy. I made this post, so you understand the context and hopefully bear with us as we work to improve the tool & fix the bugs as we're getting off the ground. Here's the main 3 things to know. #1 - There is an insane amount of tech behind the scenes that powers SP, and we need your help. We anticipate there will be unforeseen issues as you begin using the app. We will not know these bugs exist unless you report them. Here's how to report them. #2 - As early users, your feedback is going to help shape this tool as it evolves. Don't hesitate to speak up if you have opinions or ideas about what you think it's missing. As the popular saying goes in AI... This is the worst it will ever be.

We did it! It only took 2 weeks

@Johannes Ries anything is possible. sometimes the only people that say its impossible are the ones who are afraid of you. but the 2 weeks thing is an inside joke. it took me 6 months working 12 -16 hours a day using AI. (which is still pretty crazy)
