After having my daughter 7 months ago, I wasnt in the right mindset when it came to priorities my well being. There's no excuse but life was a little different managing my son with ASD and my daughter. I couldnt get the energy or put the energy on me. I felt like I had no routine. I let myself go. I see it and feel it and I feel disgusted. Soo,,, this mini challange helped me refocus and reset to shift my mindset. I started biking even if it was for 10 min and doing some dumbbell workouts for 10-20min on top of this challange. Here's my week of recap.

Halfway through the week — time to pause and celebrate!!! Here’s why this matters more than it seems: what you focus on GROWS. When we only track what’s going wrong, we train our brains to hunt for problems. When we celebrate wins — even small ones — we teach ourselves to notice progress. And what you notice, you create more of. This isn’t about ignoring the hard stuff. It’s about refusing to let the hard stuff be the only story you tell yourself. So today, I want you to drop your win below. It doesn’t have to be a scale number or a PR. It could be: • You showed up for your workout even though you didn’t feel like it • You chose the protein instead of the drive-thru • You had a hard conversation with grace instead of avoidance • You prayed before you reacted instead of after • You rested when your body needed it, without guilt
It is not a physical win this week but Pumpkin spice is back and it is the win I needed after I got a blister from work shoes, I’m tired, and my feet were hurting 😂😂
Protein coffee is one thing I cannot live without no matter the season. I’ve been drinking protein coffee for over four years. It definitely makes living this lifestyle of prioritizing my health much easier.!! Consuming 130+ grams of protein with ease working one of these in every day! Plus it taste really good and I never feel like I’m restricting myself of a treat! The bars are also phenomenal as a better alternative to a candy bar. Grab yours here! Let me know when you grab yours as I have recipes for baking with it as well! https://1stphorm.com/products/level-1/?a_aid=AshlynnDohman
