Question for those who charge a flat monthly rate
For those of you who charge a flat monthly rate, how do you handle missed sessions? I’m especially curious about vacations, extended vacations (over a week), work conflicts clients know about ahead of time, same-day sick days, or someone being sick for several days in a row. Do you offer reschedules? If so, how flexible are you with them? I’d love to hear how others structure this while maintaining “my monthly rate reserves my recurring spot in your schedule” back toward tracking and counting individual sessions to accommodate absences. And if anyone has written cancellation/rescheduling policies they’re willing to share, I’d really appreciate seeing them so I can compare them to mine.

@Logan Bayless I have a friend of mine in this same position. She was a client of mine, then became a trainer at my gym. She's working some evenings and weekends but it's hard to take that leap especially when you don't have a savings buffer.
What is your Session Price?
What is your personal training session price? Please comment below using this format: 1) If you have different session prices based on purchase volume (eg 3m, 6m, 12m etc) or frequency (eg 1x a week vs 2x a week), please provide a blended mean average. 2) If your session length is different to 30-minutes, please mention in your comment.

I charge monthly. $330/mo for 2x/week and $175/mo for 1x/week. If someone needs or wants drop in sessions...$45/ session depending on schedule availability. I train 1-2 ppl per session. Price is the same if the spot has 2 ppl or 1.

@Lawrence Neal looking forward to any suggestions you have- I'm always open to improving my structures especially if it makes it easier for both me and clients. :)
