Conditioning
Does anyone know how to improve conditioning while playing basketball hard and lifting weights in the week? How do I fit that and what should I do?

The best teams donโ€™t just play together. They know each other. Look at some of the greatest teams in basketball history. The Bulls had their early-morning breakfast club. The Cavaliers went on golf outings together. The Spurs created opportunities for teammates to spend time together outside of basketball. It wasnโ€™t necessarily about doing something crazy. It was about building a relationship. Play video games together. Watch a movie. Grab breakfast. Work out together. Go for a run. Get in the gym early. Hang out at someoneโ€™s house. You have endless options. Because when the game gets hard, you donโ€™t want to be playing with guys you barely know. You want to be playing with guys you trust. And trust doesnโ€™t magically appear on game day. Itโ€™s built through shared experiences. Through seeing your teammate put in the work. Through laughing together. Through struggling together. Through holding each other accountable. Through knowing that the guy next to you has your back. And the science backs this up. Research consistently links team cohesion and trust with stronger team performance, and studies in basketball have found meaningful relationships between cohesion, collective confidence, and success. Even more importantly, cohesion and performance can reinforce each other over timeโ€”the more connected a team becomes, the better it can function together, and successful shared experiences can strengthen that connection even further. So donโ€™t leave chemistry to chance. Build it. Spend time together. Work together. Compete together. Learn each other. Because when you trust the guy next to you, you play differently. You communicate better. You sacrifice more. You compete harder. You believe in each other. You become a teamโ€”not just a group of players. And when the game is on the lineโ€ฆ You want to look to the guy next to you and know: โ€œI trust you.โ€ Thatโ€™s COMRADERY. Trainer: @Logan Hinton, a former 5 year pro across three countries.

@Logan Hinton 100% it starts with the sprints nobody wants to do at practice, to the drill everyoneโ€™s frustrated at, etc. your built in pressure same go with sports teams you grow closer pushing through the hard things even conditioning pushing the others when they donโ€™t think they can make it.

Free bball infoโ€ฆ
Hey guys! Several of you guys have said that you guys think I should do a Skool. But I donโ€™t think I will because I donโ€™t want to be constantly paying for the monthly subscription unless people would pay like $3 a month so I wouldnโ€™t just be draining my account lol ๐Ÿ˜‚. What ifโ€ฆ I did a weekly, by weekly, or monthly bball email and shared some of the basketball info Iโ€™ve learned? If I did how many of you guys would sign up for the emails? Do you guys think this is a good idea and would it be helpful for you guys? If not is there something else I should do if anything? What do you guys think of this? I love feedback lmk if you guys have any for me.

No Wasted Dribbles. ๐Ÿ€
3 dribbles. Full court. Dunk. This is just one example of a principle I believe every player should understand: The less you have to dribble and move to accomplish the objective, the more efficient you become. Every extra dribble takes time. Every unnecessary movement creates another opportunity for the defense to react, recover, or disrupt your advantage. Great players donโ€™t just move fastโ€”they move efficiently. Analyze the floor. Read the defense. Know where youโ€™re going before you get there. Then use the minimum number of movements and dribbles necessary to create the advantage. The goal isnโ€™t to eliminate dribbling. The goal is to eliminate unnecessary dribbling. One purposeful dribble that gets you downhill is better than three wasted dribbles that take you nowhere. One decisive change of direction is better than five unnecessary movements. One efficient path to the rim is better than a series of moves that give the defense time to adjust. Thereโ€™s a reason players like Kawhi Leonard are so difficult to guard. He rarely gives you anything unnecessary. His movements are deliberate, his footwork is efficient, and his dribbles have a purpose. Efficiency creates speed. Precision creates separation. Less movement gives the defense less time to react. Donโ€™t just ask yourself, โ€œWhat move can I do?โ€ Ask: โ€œWhat is the simplest, most efficient way to get where I need to go?โ€ Less dribbling. Less wasted movement. More purpose. More efficiency. Master the ability to do more with less. Trainer: @Logan Hinton, a former 5 year pro across three countries. Train Like a Pro!

Loganโ€™s BIG Fail
I know this isnโ€™t my normal type of post, buts itโ€™s a really funny trend going around, so I decided to share. It also doubles, showing that itโ€™s okay to fail. I didnโ€™t get the block, I embarrassed myself, but guess what. I got right back up. Life isnโ€™t about getting knocked down, itโ€™s about getting back up and trying again. Hope you guys enjoy this fail. Keep working and have a great day!
