Asphalt Repair
Looking to see what others have done to repair their asphalt, and if you repaved, can you share what you paid for the area repaired? (I realize factors such as density, surface area, etc are calculated into pricing) Thank you

From the time you started looking how long did it take you to close on your first Mobile Home Park?
For me it took approximately 1 year and 3 failed deals before I closed - would love to hear from the group?

Good question! I think I became interested in parks in 2016 when I went to the Frank and Dave bootcamp. But it wasn’t until 2019 that I actually bought my first park. I’m a slow learner!
