I needed this to add Youtube ingestion to BookCrafter. Many Youtube videos already have transcripts, but if they do not Gemini will create one with the script below. ***** The All-in-One Transcription Prompt Task:Please provide a full transcript of the YouTube video linked below. Instructions: 1. If a transcript/caption track exists: Pull and extract the transcript text accurately. 2. If no transcript exists: Listen to the audio directly and transcribe the spoken content verbatim. 3. Formatting Requirements: A. Include timestamps (e.g., [00:00]) at the start of each section or paragraph. B. Identify and label distinct speakers (e.g., Speaker 1:, Speaker 2:) if there is more than one. C. Remove filler words (such as um, uh, like) and correct clear speech stumbles while keeping the actual phrasing intact. D. Break the text into clean, readable paragraphs. Epub version of Sell it Again Book
If anyone wants an epub version of the book comment here and I'll send it out tonight. I've had two requests so far. And just as an FYI. The final count through yesterday was 167 free sales, 3x full price sales, and 563 pages read through KU. So far total sales is $16 and change.

A first-timer's walk through WordCrafter.Pro
FROM A SPARK OF AN IDEA TO A BOOK ON THE SHELF A first-timer's walk through WordCrafter.Pro WordCrafter.Pro isn't one editor — it's a studio with different stations for different kinds of work. Here's the walk from "I have an idea" to "I have a book," one door at a time. — THE ONE THING TO UNDERSTAND FIRST Open the app for the first time and you'll see a rail of icons, a binder full of folders, and a button marked Rooms. It's not obvious yet what any of it is for — so before the walkthrough, here's the distinction that makes the rest make sense. ROOMS — where you think and write Conversational spaces staffed by personas — editors, brainstormers, marketers — who talk through the work with you. You're present for these. They ask questions, push back, draft alongside you. CRAFTERS — where the app builds things Plugins in the rail — PlotCrafter, LayoutCrafter, ImageCrafter — that generate or produce: plot structures, print-ready files, cover art. Feed them inputs, get a finished artifact back. A book moves through both, back and forth, in roughly this order. None of it is mandatory — every stop below can be skipped — but this is the order that hands each stop what it actually needs. — THE WALK: 10 STOPS, ONE MANUSCRIPT 1) PLOTCRAFTER (Crafter) Start here with nothing but a premise — a genre, a "what if," a fragment. PlotCrafter spins it into a handful of structural shapes: different beat arrangements for the same idea. You're not committing to anything yet, just generating options to choose between instead of staring at a blank page. Find it: in the rail. No book required to open it. 2) BRAINSTORM ROOM (Room) Take whichever plot shape you liked and bring it here. Six opinionated personas talk through it with you conversationally — not a checklist, a real back-and-forth — until the idea has some heat to it. This is the step that turns "a plot shape" into "a story I want to write." 3) STORY DEVELOPMENT ROOM (Room)

Sell It Again: 141 Ways to Make Money From A Book You Already Wrote by Michael Culp (Author) Format: Kindle Edition You published a book. You're refreshing your KDP dashboard, watching a handful of sales trickle in, and everyone's advice boils down to the same nine ideas: ebook, paperback, audiobook, maybe a course, write the next one. Nine is not the number. Nine is what you get when you only count sales. Sales is one category out of eleven. The actual number, once you count formats separately from channels, channels separately from rights, and rights separately from the statutory money that governments in thirty-five countries are holding for authors who never fill out a form, is 141. Sell It Again catalogs every single one of them — from the afternoon fixes that cost nothing (update your back matter, claim your Public Lending Right money, open the deleted scenes folder) to the career-scale plays (foreign rights, special editions, AI training licenses, shared-world licensing). Each entry tells you what the stream is, how the money actually works, what it takes to build, and the one specific mistake most authors make. This is not a motivational book. It is an inventory of assets you already own — rights, formats, channels, and knowledge — and a map of every place those assets can earn. Most full-time authors run somewhere between eight and twenty of these streams. This book shows you the rest. Because the money you're missing isn't exotic. It's sitting in seven ordinary places, and it's missing for ordinary reasons. One of them is that nobody told you it was there. https://a.co/d/080YZ4sU After Saturday it will be $9.99 EVERYONE HERE should get your free copy. When it gets updated (and it will) the update will get pushed to you free! All I ask is that you give it a review. It's a marketing test.
My book is free until Saturday!

@Michael Culp you could write it thinking it as an audiobook as well! I can imagine all books as audiobooks (I live in a world of audiobooks) ha ha. Perhaps we work together for this project

As Promised its Series Week! I published the second story in my 12 story anthology about the Hollow Bean last night as a sidebar to attempting to finish LayoutCrafter! Which could reach release state as early as tomorrow! LayoutCrafter replaces Atticus and eventually Vellum in its capabilities. The Devil is in the details and looking at it with Clear eyes this morning I've already found a couple issues to fix. Argh! And i want to do a complete rewrite of the original as it was a snippet of doggerel that I finished in a very early version of the PWS Skills directly in Claude and its too short, not good enough and not enough character building or story. I don't hate it and it is a quick short read which was the original intention. They are all meant to be quick one shot reads. And as I sorted files and found more missing pieces of old works, I will never ever get caught up with my backlog of done and nearly done. Bk1 - The Hollow Bean https://a.co/d/02y2U6SC Bk2 - Game Knight At the Hollow Bean https://a.co/d/0hOZGrXN Bk3 - Date night at the Hollow Bean TBA Bk4 - Merle's Staff at the Hollow Bean TBA
