I published a coaching workbook template and I thought I’d share it here in case it helps anyone else. It’s a tool you can use with your coaching clients to guide a session or give them something to work through between calls. I’ve been using it to help clients organise their thoughts, spot patterns, and make decisions a bit easier. If you want to use it, you could: – base a full session around the questions – send it before a call so clients come prepared – use one page at a time during sessions – give it as ongoing support between sessions I’m still testing different ways to use it, so if you try it I’d love to hear how it works for you too.
