Feel Good Friday! ☀️
“Joy is not in things; it is in us.” — Richard Wagner Happy Friday, Cube Crew! Here's a little thought as we wrap up another week... How often do we tell ourselves, “I'll be happy when...” When the work is done. When things settle down. When everything finally falls into place. But what if we didn't have to wait? What if we could find a little joy right here, in the middle of our wonderfully imperfect lives? A good laugh. A favorite song. A moment of peace. A conversation that makes us smile. Sometimes happiness isn't something we need to chase. It's something we need to notice. ✨ Today's Focus: I AM making room for joy today. And because it's Friday, let's have a little fun... 👇 What's ONE thing you're looking forward to this weekend? Big, small, silly, or simple — let's hear it! 🌈

I am looking forward to a ballot education and yoga class I’m taking! In simple terms, I’m looking forward to learning something new.

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can't—you're right.” — Henry Ford Here's a thought... What if we spent as much time thinking about what COULD go right as we do worrying about what could go wrong? Imagine how different our days might feel. Not ignoring reality. Just making room for possibility. Sometimes a small shift in perspective can make a big difference. Today's Focus: I AM open to wonderful possibilities. Everything is always working out. Here's my Thursday question: What's something GOOD you're looking forward to?

I have been looking forward to early nights and early mornings. There is something special about the silence in the morning, and getting a goods nights rest!

“The greatest thing you can give yourself is freedom from what others think.” — Esther Hicks Not every room will match your energy. Not every person will see the possibilities you see. And sometimes, without even realizing it, we start carrying the heaviness around us. Today, notice it — and choose differently. You don't have to absorb someone else's mood. You don't have to match someone else's energy. You don't have to give every frustration your attention. You get to decide what YOU bring into the room. 🧘 Meditation: 11 minutes focusing on the energy you want to carry today. 📓 Journal: What am I carrying that doesn't belong to me? 🎨 Creative: Create something using colors that feel light, hopeful, or energizing. 🌸 I AM Focus: I AM responsible for the energy I bring. And maybe that's today's win: You don't have to change the room to keep the room from changing you. ✨ Rise above. Stay kind. Protect your energy. Keep moving forward.

Thoughtful Thursday
“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.” — Albert Einstein Here’s a question we don’t ask ourselves very often: When was the last time you did something for the FIRST time? It doesn’t have to be big. Try a new food. Listen to a different kind of music. Take a different route. Learn one strange fact. Sit somewhere you’ve never sat before. Our brains LOVE novelty. New experiences get our attention, wake us up a little, and can even help us create stronger memories. Maybe today’s 4 Cubed practice isn’t about finding an answer. Maybe it’s about getting curious again. What’s something you’ve done for the first time recently?

I ate a tomato like an apple for the first time a week or so ago. I didn’t know it would be so good, I love seasonal produce:)

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” — Lao Tzu It's been a little while since we've checked in... How are you doing with your 11 minutes? Whether it's meditation, journaling, a creative project, or simply taking a few quiet moments to focus on what matters most... Are you still making time for yourself? If the answer is "not lately," that's okay. Today is a wonderful day to begin again. Eleven minutes may not seem like much, but those small moments have a way of changing the rest of the day. What are you choosing to spend your 11 minutes on today? Remember...it's never about perfection. It's about returning to the habits that help us become the person we want to be. 🌈
