It’s easy to feel like you’re behind when you’re constantly looking at where everyone else is. But most real progress isn’t exciting. It’s making the call when you don’t feel like it, following up one more time, learning from the deal that fell apart, and showing up again tomorrow. You don’t have to make some massive move every day. Just keep stacking small wins and getting a little better. Give that enough time and you’ll be surprised how far ahead you end up.

I can’t begin to describe how many times I got on my knees and prayed, kicked things, and cried out of frustration, and I’m not ashamed to admit it because I knew I had to make this happen. I had people depending on me, and failure was never an option. It took months of long hours, early mornings, late nights, weekends, constant learning, and thousands of repetitive questions until this business was practically tattooed into my brain. I didn’t want to celebrate because every time I got a property under contract, the deal seemed to fall through for one reason or another. After 9 years in trucking, I sold my truck and went all in on wholesaling in April. In July, I closed my first deal. To anyone reading this, it’s possible, keep going. It’s hard, but don’t quit. I truly believe this is the best community with the best coaches. Zach’s community stood out above the rest, and XLeads has exceeded every expectation I had. Over the years I’ve noticed that the best day to do any marketing is Saturday. Most people are usually hanging out and not stressed out from work which gives you a better shot of them being open to a conversation. Get out there and get some marketing in today!
