A Little Introduction
Hi everyone! I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself. I've been following a ketogenic approach to nutrition since October 2022, gradually transitioning toward a more carnivore way of eating as I've continued exploring what works best for my health and well-being. What started as a personal journey to improve my mental health has grown into a genuine passion for metabolic health, nutrition, and the potential these approaches have to change lives. Over the past few years, I've spent a great deal of time learning, experimenting, and working toward greater stability in my own life. Along the way, I've discovered something else that excites me: the possibility of someday using what I've learned to help others. Becoming a coach has been a dream of mine for a while, but until recently, so much of my energy was devoted to my own healing that pursuing it didn't feel realistic. Now, I'm beginning to feel ready to explore that next chapter. I know there's a big difference between navigating your own health journey and helping someone else navigate theirs, and that's one of the reasons I'm excited to be part of this community. I'm happy to be here and excited to get to know everyone!

Welcomes 😁😁
Live Google Meet with Coach Stephen!
Join Coach Stephen Thomas and I for a LIVE CALL THIS SUNDAY (tomorrow) at 1:30 PM EST! I’d love to see you all there! Please don’t be shy ☺️ We’ll be discussing a day in the life of a coach, what coaching actually looks like in practice, and how to approach bloodwork with clients. We’ll walk through the process step by step, including how to discuss bloodwork, communicate findings, and guide clients within your scope of practice. Bring your questions, get involved, and let’s learn together! Looking forward to seeing you all there! ✌️🥩 Link is here and in comments 👇 https://meet.google.com/xfb-ssnc-egq?fbclid=IwdGRjcAVAzEFleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBwZG9mBWZkaWQWUQdNhALVI8g8xOw55CyqZ-Jc_v7m8HNydGMGYXBwX2lkCjY2Mjg1NjgzNzkAAR7utY_9HPcF9RY5W7v73Tn3ml4Z42vGaas_amnY4q9lZm9GBvZFrf92jXuDAw_aem_eA-nycFhANDjseff27rdzg

CCI is breaking Ground!
Carnivore Coach International is now the only carnivore coaching institution in the world approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. This isn't just a credential, it's a door opening. Our graduates can now work confidently inside hospitals, clinics, and integrative health settings, standing shoulder to shoulder with other board certified health professionals. This credential also opens doors to more opportunities, like exploring insurance reimbursement pathways with certain providers, something that simply wasn't possible before. While the rest of the industry is stuck arguing about fad diets, we built the bridge between meat-based nutrition and mainstream healthcare. This is the moment carnivore coaching grows up and walks into the room with the credentials to back it up ✌️🥩

Coaching with substance.
What separates coaches from simply commentating to being a real-world force and authority?

I think the best way is to just keep showing up, keep being the example. Be your results. Eventually people will believe in your coaching 🤔
It’s been a while…
And now there’s an earworm in your head. Currently on week 12 out of 16 of EMT school, which is daunting to say the least. The textbook is 1600+ pages. Might be more active after that but I have to finish Coach Pete’s fitness course, and then the histamine tolerance course. OOF. And hell if I don’t want to smash Coach Stephen’s bloods course. And I have a women’s hormones course bookmarked… EMT is actually pretty awesome. Aside from learning how to save lives, which I’ve already had the honor and privilege of doing several times, I have learned so much about human anatomy and physiology. It’s also pretty sobering being exposed to that underbelly of society that no one really sees - those who are so sick, fat, and weak they can’t even get out of bed, much less leave their homes. Keep fighting the good fight. Strong men and women will be needed to traverse the difficult times weak men have created. I swear if I weren’t delving into this field I would quit my meal prep biz, become an EMT on the side, and delete my social media. See yas around from time to time. Stay well. 🙏

that’s awesome ! Welcome. I have been in EMS for almost 20 years. I started as an EMT and continued to become a paramedic. All to continue with for the love of knowledge. So many people sick bc they don’t know any better. Every chance is a moment to create curiosity of this being sick isn’t life, it isn’t bc of old age, it could be better. Have fun , be safe Good luck! 😎
