You're not lazy, you might even look like the hardest-working person in the room. VIP
Redrafting something that was already fine, staying late, saying yes when you meant no. It looks like work ethic. What it's actually costing you is time, energy, and money and it's quietly eating away at your bank account, your confidence, and your everyday life. In this free, live 60-minute workshop, you'll learn to recognize exactly what's happening when this shows up, and walk away with a simple system to determine whether it's avoidance or something else. Most of all, you'll see that this is achievable to work with even when your body is activated you don't have to wait until you feel calm to start. Live on Zoom, September 24 at 9:00 AM MDT. @Heather Wilson Fastball is slowpitch. If I recall it was north of Aukland

@Heather Wilson Yes, just a fast pitch to hit not a slow. It leaves the hand from a different place and don't lob in with a arc. Yes, it would have been amazing to go and see.
The most 'productive' hour of your day might just be the hour you're avoiding something harder.
This is for online entrepreneurs and coaches who've built something real but who still open the laptop at 11pm not because the work is urgent, but because stopping means sitting with a feeling you'd rather avoid. Maybe it's a boundary you keep bending. Maybe it's a price you know you should raise but haven't. Maybe it's a conversation you keep finding ways around instead of just having. Here's the thing: it's not a discipline problem. It's not your calendar. It's that you don't fully trust yourself yet to hold the line so you keep busy instead. 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆) 📅 September 9 @ 2PM MDT You'll leave with one real tool: five questions, under two minutes, built to work at 11pm when you're already half-dysregulated so next time it happens, you catch it instead of missing it again. You won't fix the pattern in an hour. But you'll finally be able to see it. That's the whole shift. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: https://hidden.lisaadamscoaching.com/

@Kerry Upham Yes! And sometimes that 1% looks like overworking but not on the work that will actually move the business forward. We can stay busy with planning, organizing, researching, or perfecting while avoiding the uncomfortable task underneath it all. The first 1% may simply be noticing the pattern: What am I keeping myself busy with, and what am I avoiding? Once we recognize the pattern and regulate what’s creating the resistance, that next step can become much easier than we imagined.

💸 Is Imposter Syndrome Quietly Costing You in Your Business?
Imposter syndrome doesn’t always sound like “𝗜’𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.” Sometimes it sounds like: “I should probably lower my price.” “I need to add more before I can charge that.” “I’ll wait another week to launch.” “I just need to learn a little more first.” And that’s where imposter syndrome can become more than an uncomfortable feeling. It can influence how you 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄. You might underprice. Over-deliver. Second-guess yourself. Delay the launch. Or keep preparing instead of taking the next step. Little by little, those patterns can have a 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. @Heather Wilson Me too! 💚 I’m so excited to see it all come together and, even more, to see those little shifts and “aha!” moments start happening for people throughout the challenge. It’s going to be such a great 7 days!

@Des Dreckett Thank you my friend.
Product posts don't sell. Events do
Something I've noticed across every community I'm in, including my own. Engagement posts do well. Educational posts do well. The moment a post is clearly selling a product or a service, engagement drops off a cliff. It isn't that people don't want the thing. It's that a post gives them a few seconds of context and that's rarely enough to understand what they're actually buying. If they don't get it quickly, they scroll. Events fix that. Teach properly for 15 or 20 minutes, then tie the offer to what you've just taught. Same offer, completely different response. And if you're running events anyway, referral week is worth a look. Recommending Skool Events Daily during a presentation is one of the easiest things to mention, because you're already telling people how you publicise your events. What's worked better for you so far, posts or events?
