Why Water is Dehydrating 🥤💦
Water alone is a poor protocol for hydration. In what ways can water, alone, be dehydrating? How do you steer clients towards a proper hydration protocol?

@James Newmeyer Fat adaptation does deterium deplete you. Fat is deterium depleted. Carbs contain higher deterium. When you remove all carbs and run efficiently on fat you create deterium depleted wayer efficiently, more metabolic water and you have lower deterium levels. It’s clear you don’t know what the hell youre talking about and using some chatbot to try rod evens mainstream and it’s inaccurate scientific model. It’s pure pseudoscience. The evidence and physiology is on my side and it’s literally proven. Just because you can’t study advanced science does not mean it’s inaccurate. In this case, your conclusions ajd the mainstream goes against physics, biology, physiology and proven science. You are pseudoscientific here I am afraid. The science and best proof we have: mitochondria creates the structured water we need for hydration and all the metabolic water, fat is deterium depleted by default while carbs are higher in deterium, and metabolism + carnivore changes how hydrates our cells are due to this. That is the scientific picture and the accurate way of describing this physiologically, regardless of your paradigm, lack of knowledge, mainstream knowledge and the ignorance of big pharma and mainstream and chat bots views..:,, the science proves this is the case wheter you and dumb mainstream doctors like it or not.

@James Newmeyer You can be 3 times my age but there are smarter, more gifted scientists out there like Gerald pollack, Jack Kruse etc that are smarter than you, they know more than you and theyve studied physics in depth too, for longer.... These people are smarter than you. Do not insult their intelligence, their work or proven physics and quantum biology just becuase you cannot cope with the fact that hydration happens in the body, with the mitochondria. they are responsible for cellular hydration. Just because you have a mainstream view and have not studied in depth and ignore every bit of science and proof that isnt mainstream approved safe missinformation or big pharma centalized medicine consensus does not mean this is incorrect somehow. No, water is important for blood volume but despite studying physics you are a mainstream bot that only knows what they talk about and the correlation studies, not actual physiology or physics it seems or quantum biology. Your mitochondria are responsible for cellular hydration, NOT plain water or electrolytes. Dumb conclusions. You are threatened by the fact that I know more than you and what you are saying is bullshit and that YOU don't understand that the mitochondria is what hydrates you. Do not insult MY intelligence. I have studied a ton too, I have looked at everything and gone deep into physics where you refuse to go becuase of stubbornness and a brainwashed worldview that does not look at what actually happens in the body. AND these gifted scientists, people including Jack kruse, know more than you will ever know in your entire life. I am done arguing with an unintelligent person claiming to know more than me when they fail to see proven science becuase of ignorance. Pure, pure ignorance. You have studied physics yet do not understand it. Study some physiology please. And not just what big pharma says, lol
day 2 on carnivore
Hey eveyrone im day two on carnivore very high fat and I feel really bad right now. I feel as though I am lifeless, super tired, and flat and super low energy. Hate it. How long did it take for you to feel unreal and you feel just a bit better or more stabe, or do you feel like a superhuman? Like unreal? How did tou feel after 1, 5, 7, 14, 30 days on carnivore? I am consuming lots of salt, drinking lots of water, and I eat high fat high or medium protein

@Mathieu Morin less stress and better results and eventually im fat adapted anyway so there is no stress and I don’t have to suffer

@James Newmeyer Then perhaps it wont heal my metabolism?
Who is in the right or wrong here?
I just had an argument with a ray peat guy. I was just trying to observe both sides and ask questions but he kept being ideologic. I got mad ofcourse because of the behavioral pattern I saw but I could have handled it better. But who is in the right or wrong here? Here is the conversation: This sounds like you need to have a talk with Aleks. He will help you with this. If I were you, I’d book a call with him and have him help you get back on track. 1 Reply 1 Lucas Premat • 14h @John Cash im gonna tey carnivroe for thirty days to see but I wanna hear both side of things to compare What are your arguments for high sugae? Have you tried both low and high carbs 0 Reply 6 Carlos Padilla • 12h @Lucas Premat i’ve tried keto before and it fucked me up for years with hairloss, loss of morning wood, and horrible mental health problems. 2 Reply 1 Lucas Premat • 3h @Carlos Padilla Wow thats interesting, many people say the opposite. What helped you? 0 Reply 7 Aleks Fidurski • 1h @Lucas Premat a lot of guys with issues in the community are because they tried carnivore. It’s not optimal. Sure, if you go from a western died to carnivore, you’ll feel some relief. 1 Reply 1 Lucas Premat • 1h @Aleks Fidurski i tried Ray peat approach. If I feel unreal on carnivore I see no reason to to back to animal based or Ray peat. But if I don’t feel good after 30 days im gonna to back

Does protein make you fat?
An interesting question from one of our students! How would you respond? 🤔

Your body tells you exactly how much protein to eat and it’s extremely hard to overeat as it’s satiating and not very energy dense infact it would be almost impossible if you don’t force it. It’s impossible to overeat fat and protein since your body runs wwll on bodyfat on carnivore and tells you how much to eat and it won’t tell you to eat more protein than you need as it can be taxing on thr body and it certainly won’t tell you to eat more fat than you need since you are already running on your own bodyfat and you don’t need to get up in weight …. Better question is if it will stall weight loss but answer is no because you need to lose fat and your body will run on fat well so it will tell you to eat less fat….
