Today is another opportunity to reflect on yourself. Your challenge is to talk about something you would like to change about yourself and the steps you’re taking to make that change happen. For me, recording today’s video was really meaningful because this is something I struggle with, and sometimes I don’t even realize I’m doing it. Talking about it helped me reflect on my habits and think about strategies I can use to improve. Sometimes, the first step toward change is simply becoming aware of what we need to work on.
