For the Developers in the room...
This is a huge debate on our development projects. PEMB vs Tilt vs Wood Frame construction. Which do you prefer and why?

@Shane Floyd I have a background in wood post frame construction in Central Illinois. I am using a similar system to what you mentioned here. No wood in the ground, laminated columns, etc. So far I’ve stuck to what I’m used to but am not opposed to PEMB.
