Do you charge for diagnostics, or give it away free?
When a potential client says "come take a look at our business", I've seen a lot of agency owners spend hours mapping their processes, finding the opportunities, scoping the build... completely free. Then hope the proposal lands. For us its different. Discovery work is the most valuable thing we do. It's the part clients actually can't do themselves. So where do you sit right now? Free discovery to win the deal, or paid diagnostics? Interested to hear where you all land before the upcoming live event. If you haven't already sign up if you can make it live! - https://live.aaaaccelerator.com/

I have tried charging for diagnostics but it requires a lot of credibility. And by credibility, I mean a lot. Even after doing 11+ projects, customers are not willing to pay thousands of dollars just for diagnostics. I can charge for it but realistically , it would have to be a much lower price. Unless I have 1M+ followers, I’m a millionaire or I’ve built enough authority and reputation to justify that kind of price, I don’t see customers paying thousands just to diagnose their business. The issue isn’t whether I can charge that much. It’s whether the customer sees enough value to actually pay it
First client, and honestly it feels like just the beginning.
First client. A small step, but a big one for me. I finally closed my first client, a clinic. €1,100 for the website + lead automation, and €200/month for maintenance. I’m honestly not looking at this as “I made it” or anything like that. There’s still a lot to do before I can even call it a proper win. Now I have to actually deliver, make sure it works, and take care of the client. What I care about most is learning how to actually solve problems for businesses and provide real value, not just make money from AI because it’s trending. I’m still very much at the beginning, and I know I have a lot to learn. But I’ve realized that taking action and getting your hands dirty teaches you way more than just consuming information. Really grateful for the opportunity. Back to work. 🙏

Seeking Hands-On Experience with AI Automation Projects
Hi everyone! 👋 I'm an IT student with a strong interest in AI automation and AI quality evaluation, and I'm looking to gain hands-on experience by helping with real projects. If you're building an AI product, agency, or automation workflow and could use an extra pair of hands, I'd be happy to help with things like: - AI prompt testing and evaluation - Workflow documentation and SOPs - Research and fact-checking - QA for AI outputs - General AI-related support tasks I'm happy to start with smaller tasks to prove myself and build experience. If you think I could help your project, feel free to comment or send me a DM. Thanks!

Closed a $2K/month HVAC retainer — here's the exact system I built
I've been specializing in home service businesses for the past year. Wanted to share a recent win. An HVAC contractor was: ❌ Losing 60–70% of leads because follow-up was too slow ❌ Manually calling every missed call from the field ❌ Only 12 Google reviews despite 200+ happy customers The system I built: ✅ Missed call → instant text reply within 60 seconds ✅ Every new lead → automated 5-step follow-up sequence ✅ Job complete → automated review request Results in 60 days: 📈 Lead response rate: 23% → 87% ⭐ Google reviews: 12 → 89 💰 Monthly booked revenue increase: +$8,400 The client was spending $2K/month on Google Ads and watching leads fall through the cracks. Same ad budget. 3x the conversions. Home service businesses are GOLD for this niche. Cash-heavy. Tech-light. Desperate for systems. Who else is working in this space? Drop a comment 👇

Amazing. Any proof you can show?
building is a commodity now. this isn't.
The real money is no longer in building AI. It’s in knowing which AI is actually worth building. Two years ago, being able to build AI systems was the edge. Today, everyone has access to the same models and tools. The new edge is being able to walk into a business, identify the highest-value AI opportunities, prioritise them, and turn them into measurable results. That’s exactly how we’ve transformed Morningside AI over the past 12 months. Before we build anything, we run an AI diagnostic - and we charge up to $45,000 USD for it. One recent diagnostic uncovered $830,000 in untapped AI opportunity inside a single client. On Monday, August 17th at 6PM EDT, Josh (the CEO of Morningside) is breaking down the exact process we use, including: • How to escape the crowded AI agency market • How we use AIOS to run diagnostics in days instead of weeks • How to price the diagnostic and turn opportunities into long-term retainers Save your seat here → https://live.aaaaccelerator.com/ This is the first time we’ve shared the full process publicly. See you there.
