I built a Sales Call analysis tool to close more DEALS
you should stop treating sales calls like random events... every sales call contains data: What you said? What you didn’t say? How you opened? When you pitched? Which objection came up? Where the prospect lost interest? and most importantly: Why they didn’t buy... if you’re not analyzing that data, you’re mostly guessing. Your sales calls should show you exactly what needs to improve just add this simple system to your business, works very easily: 1. Record the call with Fathom, Loom, Fireflies, or another notetaker 2. Paste the recording link into the analyzer. 3. A pretrained AI sales coach reviews the conversation word by word you get a report showing: - what went well - mistakes you made - weak parts of the pitch - better ways to phrase things - missed opportunities - objection handling improvements - specific moments where you could have moved the deal forward Now you can track your own calls) Or use the analysis to train your sales team. because “we need more sales calls” isn’t always the answer... You need Better sales calls. (quality, not quantity) If every call teaches you something, the next call should be better than the last: Better positioning. Better questions. Better objection handling. Better closing. even a 5% improvement repeated across every call compounds quickly quantity gives you more opportunities analysis gives you a way to improve them Not selling anything; I hope this helped

Impresive nice job! 💪💪🙌
If you’re struggling to find leads, try this 👇
I’m still learning myself, but this setup has saved me a lot of manual work. AI + the right tools can take you pretty far. Simple lead-gen setup: 1. Claude Desktop Create an account and install it. 2. Apify Create an account and explore the ready-made scrapers/Actors. There are plenty of tools with free plans/trials, so test different ones before paying. 3. Connect Apify → Claude Apify has an official Claude Desktop/MCP integration: 4. Connect Google Drive Use it to keep your leads organized. 5. Build your ICP with AI Ask ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude to define your ideal customer and create a strong prompt for finding them. Then give Claude something like: “Find businesses matching this ICP, qualify them based on these criteria, remove poor-fit leads and organize the best prospects in a spreadsheet.” You can have it collect things like company, website, location, public contact info, why they fit and potential pain points. And honestly, use AI for everything 😂 Don't know how something works? Ask it. Error? Paste it into AI. Need a better scraper? Ask AI. Need a better prompt? Ask AI. Small disclaimer: AI doesn’t solve everything 😂 and you still need to think for yourself and verify what it gives you. But honestly, the amount of free information, tools, tutorials and AI available right now is insane. Take advantage of it. You don’t need to know everything before starting, search, test, ask, learn, improve and keep moving. You’d be surprised how far you can get with what’s already available for free. Good luck boys 🙏 (Links: https://apify.com/ https://claude.com/download https://chatgpt.com/ https://drive.google.com)

@Mouldi Nouri Yeah bro, I agree. I actually filter the leads quite a bit already, but it’s definitely something I still need to improve. My biggest weak point right now is cold calling 😂 I still get nervous sometimes when I’m on the phone, so I need to get way more reps in. But I’m getting better every time I do it. I think testing the ICP with a small batch, seeing what actually converts, and then improving the criteria is the way to go. Still learning a lot myself. 🙏

@Byron Leach Thanks!, its very nice that 💪
First client, and honestly it feels like just the beginning.
First client. A small step, but a big one for me. I finally closed my first client, a clinic. €1,100 for the website + lead automation, and €200/month for maintenance. I’m honestly not looking at this as “I made it” or anything like that. There’s still a lot to do before I can even call it a proper win. Now I have to actually deliver, make sure it works, and take care of the client. What I care about most is learning how to actually solve problems for businesses and provide real value, not just make money from AI because it’s trending. I’m still very much at the beginning, and I know I have a lot to learn. But I’ve realized that taking action and getting your hands dirty teaches you way more than just consuming information. Really grateful for the opportunity. Back to work. 🙏

@Cole Nesselson I did a personalized audit on Zoom and I clearly explained to them what problem they had. I was not guided by the AI, I was guided by the value I deliver and by the value I earn and save.
I analysed the challenges people are facing in this community.
Hi everyone, I analysed some of the recurring challenges and discussions in this community, and then carried out additional research into the business problems that AI automation could potentially help solve. I’ve put together a short research document covering the main opportunities I identified. It is not perfect, but I hope it is useful and gives you some practical ideas. Please take a look when you have a moment. I would genuinely appreciate any feedback or corrections. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RVLmiMbkmhDKDNsOOyywXRIOJ6XJ0xbw/view?usp=drive_link
