Sankalpa
🤔 Question- why don’t just one sankalpa come at a time and stay for a while instead of a blurr? Is that a sign of how my brain and body still are rushing (the sympathic nervous system on alert) or my wish to achieving (tick a box)? I get insecure that I do something wrong but then I say to myself that there isn’t any exact right and wrong. Stay calm. Be patient. Trust the road. Small steps. Hope I think right. 🤔 I guess I overthink. 🤔

Learning to open
After taking the time each day for the past two weeks to listen to the yoga nidra for heart healing I have found many portals into healing myself. I discovered how much I have been bracing my heart due to trauma. This was keeping me distant from my own experience as well as contributing to some of my physical pain. One of the things I am trying to work on is sharing my authentic self, so me sharing this is a huge step in the right direction! ✨ Thank you to all of you 🖤

Beautiful 🌸 Thanks for sharing. 🙏🏻
3's a charm!
You may have noticed. The New Moon... The Full Moon... The Dreamweaver(Only getting dreamier!)... 3 weeks. 3 public Nidras. A few very special commissioned ones in between. 3s keep following me around lately. Whenever that happens, I pay attention to foundations. What's being built? What needs stability? So I'll ask you the same thing.

Rawl's Question Answered
You can consciously want change and still feel like something inside you hasn’t caught up yet. That’s where Sankalpa can become such a powerful part of Yoga Nidra. A Sankalpa is often translated as an intention or resolve, but it goes deeper than a typical affirmation. It is a heart-led declaration that reflects something you already know, or are beginning to recognize, as true at your core. It can sound like: ‘I am safe.’ ‘I am enough.’ ‘I trust.’ ‘I choose peace.’ ‘I allow support.’ ‘I return to myself.’ During Yoga Nidra, the mind becomes deeply receptive. Repeating your Sankalpa in this state can help reinforce new beliefs and patterns beneath the surface, especially when your conscious mind knows you want change but older subconscious conditioning is still running the show. You do not have to use an 'I am' statement. Your Sankalpa can begin with 'I am,' 'I choose,' 'I trust,' 'I allow,' 'I welcome,' or simply 'I.' The words matter less than the truth beneath them. Choose something simple. Something you can return to. Something that feels like a deeper remembering rather than a performance. @Rawl O'Neal

I am safe. I am worthy. I am enough. I am free These are the sankalpas that keep coming back to me in a mix. Shifting day to day. I am safe the most consistent one. Many days more than one sankalpa is repeated. 🤔 Question- why don’t just one sankalpa come at a time and stay for a while instead of a blurr? Is that a sign of how my brain and body still are rushing (the sympathic nervous system on alert) or my wish to achieving (tick a box)? Tomorrow, everything begins
Tomorrow the Nova Nidra Teacher Training officially begins. Tomorrow is also a new moon, and a total solar eclipse in Leo — a new beginning stacked on top of a new beginning. I don't take this kind of timing lightly, whether or not you put stock in it astrologically. New moons mark starts. Eclipses mark thresholds you don't fully see the other side of yet. Tomorrow, a new group of guides begins exactly there... right at the threshold, trusting what's on the other side without needing to see all of it first. Rest well tonight. Tomorrow is a real beginning.
