🔍 Missing events in your planner? Check your calendar in 5 seconds.
One of the most common support questions I get is: “I connected my calendar, but some events are missing.” The good news? Most of the time, CalSync isn’t the problem. It’s the calendar feed itself. So we built a free tool that lets you check your calendar in seconds: 👉 https://www.calsync.support/tools/feed-check This tool is also accessible inside CalSync on your settings page, right above your saved calendars list. Click the button labeled "Check a calendar feed" What it does Paste your calendar link, and the tool shows you exactly what CalSync sees when it builds your planner. You’ll instantly be able to: ✅ See your events by Year, Month, Week, or Day ✅ Check recurring events ✅ Switch timezones to spot date shifts ✅ Verify which years your calendar actually contains It usually finds one of these three problems: 📅 Wrong year Your planner might be for 2026, but your calendar feed only contains events from another year. 🌍 Wrong timezone Events can shift to the previous or next day if the timezone doesn’t match. 📭 No events Sometimes the calendar is simply empty for that period. The tool makes that obvious. Supported calendars It works with any ICS calendar link, including: * Apple Calendar * Google Calendar * Outlook * Any .ics or webcal:// feed Completely free No account required. Nothing is saved. The tool reads your calendar once, shows you the results, and that’s it. If the tool shows the correct events but your planner still doesn’t, let me know in the comments. That tells me we’ve found a real CalSync issue, and I’ll investigate it personally. Give it a try and let me know what you think! 👇

Nice! A good diagnostic tool can save so much back and forth.
The CalSync Learning Center is live 🎧
If you've ever wished someone would just walk you through CalSync step by step, that's what this is. 19 short audio lessons, about an hour all together, covering everything from installing the app to getting your planner onto your tablet. 👉 calsync.support What's covered: - Getting started — download, activate, and connect your reMarkable, Supernote, or BOOX - Your calendars — Outlook, Google, iCloud, or an ICS file - Planners — creating your first one, managing them, and regenerating without losing your handwriting - Features — Today Event Carousel, planner styles, summary pages, customization - When things go wrong — troubleshooting and the questions we get asked most Every lesson has narration you can listen to, with the full written version right underneath if you'd rather read. Click any timestamp in the text and the audio jumps to that spot. There's a search box that looks through all of them at once — type "Outlook" and it'll point you straight at the right lesson. Most are 2–4 minutes. You don't need to go in order — jump to whatever you're stuck on. If something's unclear, or there's a topic we haven't covered, say so below. I'd rather record another lesson than have you guessing.

@Larry M Schneider Do you get any kind of error message or pop-up window when you try launching one of the installers?
🚀 CalSync 1.5.0 is Here
This is a major CalSync update with easier calendar connections, flexible one-week planners, better support for past years, and important reliability improvements across Mac and Windows. What’s New 📅 Connect Google, Outlook, and iCloud Directly Pro and Business members can now sign in to Google, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple directly inside CalSync and choose the calendars they want to include. There is no longer a need to search for ICS links. CalSync also includes a generic CalDAV connection for Fastmail, Nextcloud, and other compatible calendar services on every paid plan. Traditional ICS links and calendar file uploads are still fully supported. Connected accounts now appear in a clean dropdown, making it easier to add accounts, switch between them, and manage long calendar lists. Create a Planner for Just One Week You can now generate a complete planner covering a single week. Choose any date, and CalSync automatically builds the planner from your selected week-start day. It includes: ✅ All seven daily pages ✅ The complete weekly view ✅ Your selected summary pages ✅ Clear navigation limited to the selected week ✅ The exact date range displayed on the cover and planner card You can also quickly choose This Week or Next Week. One-week planners work with every planner style and supported tablet, including weeks that cross into a new month or year. Create Planners for Previous Years The year picker now reaches two years into the past, making CalSync more useful for journaling, record keeping, and creating personal archives. Past-year planners no longer display today’s date, today’s events, or Today buttons. We also added a new planner setting that lets you disable the Jump to Today button on the cover and daily pages of any planner. Run CalSync and Binder Together You can now keep CalSync and Binder open at the same time. When another eInkPads application is already using a connection, CalSync quietly switches to an available connection instead of opening a blank window or displaying an error.

Can you provide some info about what’s going wrong? Error messages? What you’ve tried?
Calsync 1.4.16 not sticking after update
I have an Issue with the update to 1.4.16. My MacBook installs the 1.4.16 update, then relaunches, briefly shows that it's on version 1.4.16, but then the version reverts back to 1.4.0. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

My solution was to delete the one in the main Applications folder. So far so good.
