3rd Document actually due in two weekends
August Reflection #2
Wednesday Reflection: The First Action Have you started working on your first task? If Yes: How is your original timeframe for completing this task holding up? What can you do to shorten your time-till-completion? If No: What's one thing you can do today? What's one thing you can do tomorrow?

Yes, I procrastinated, I did the bulk of the work straight through last weekend, worked on paperwork straight through from 1 pm to 3am. The fact that I worked straight through made the second document a lot easier to work on.

So I made an error, I thought the document was due, but actually notification was due which opened a 30 day window for me to complete the documents...
August Challenge #1
Monday Challenge: Locking In If You Don't Set the Direction, Urgency Will The Problem: Open your calendar from the last two weeks. How much of your time was spent moving toward a meaningful goal vs. putting out fires? Don't let urgency disguising itself as productivity. The Reality: If you don't intentionally choose your direction, your calendar/the fires will choose it for you. The Challenge: Before the week ends, write down: - Your desired outcome you want to create by the end of August, your goal.   - The next three actions that will actually move you toward that goal.   Not twenty actions. Three. Pick the top three things you can do to make the most progress toward your goal. Accountability: Tell us in the comments 1. Your Goal by the end of August. 2. Your next three actions to move you toward that goal.

July Reflection #3
Wednesday Reflection: Listening Like a Leader Keep your answers brief, one-word answers if possible. How many conversations did you have to remind yourself to listen first and confirm what you heard, before considering your response? What was the hardest part of this exercise? What made it difficult? What went well? What is your biggest takeaway?

Id say at least 3, being patient, or repetitive, relief after stating my opinion, identify who appreciates your opinion as soon as possible.

@Justin Peterson trying to see the situation from a view outside of self, or the desire of the other, and setting a goal for the direction I would like the conversation to go.
July Reflection #2
Wednesday Reflection Keep your answers brief, one-word answers if possible. Did you communicate clearly? If Yes: Were the results of your conversation better once you stopped hinting? How did the other person respond? If No: What kept you from saying it directly? What wording would help you next time? Future thinking: What's the biggest lesson you learned from this exercise? What's one conversation you can be clearer on next week because of what you learned this week?

I've been there Gabrielle. Yes, in surprise, as his advocacy was in complete opposite to my stance on the matter, but neither agreed or disagreed. If I don't advocate, decisions will be made without my input, but because I've been in my field for nearly 17 years, people actually listen, though I've only worked in a few places, that may build credibility, on my end. About what value I bring to my current employer.
