I'm attempting to create a new planner from an Outlook ICS feed. I create the new planner and connect the Calendar Feed with the ICS link. I check the feed and it says there are events. However, on the calendar feeds tab under the connected calendars, it shows 0 events in range. I can see the events for Aug 2026 in the calendar but the new planner isn't seeing them. I've tried regenerating the ICS link and deleting/recreating the planner several times.

This is a major CalSync update with easier calendar connections, flexible one-week planners, better support for past years, and important reliability improvements across Mac and Windows. Create a Planner for Just One Week You can now generate a complete planner covering a single week. Choose any date, and CalSync automatically builds the planner from your selected week-start day. It includes: ✅ All seven daily pages ✅ The complete weekly view ✅ Your selected summary pages ✅ Clear navigation limited to the selected week ✅ The exact date range displayed on the cover and planner card You can also quickly choose This Week or Next Week. One-week planners work with every planner style and supported tablet, including weeks that cross into a new month or year. Create Planners for Previous Years The year picker now reaches two years into the past, making CalSync more useful for journaling, record keeping, and creating personal archives. Past-year planners no longer display today’s date, today’s events, or Today buttons. We also added a new planner setting that lets you disable the Jump to Today button on the cover and daily pages of any planner. Run CalSync and Binder Together You can now keep CalSync and Binder open at the same time. When another eInkPads application is already using a connection, CalSync quietly switches to an available connection instead of opening a blank window or displaying an error.

When most people first see CalSync, they think it’s a calendar syncing app. It is… but that’s only part of what it does. Every copy of CalSync is also a planner generator that you own. You can generate planners for this year, next year, or five years from now. You don’t need to connect Google, Outlook, or iCloud if you don’t want to. You can simply create a planner and start writing. Every planner is fully annotatable. Write notes, highlight, sketch ideas, journal, or plan your day exactly the way you would with any paper planner. A lot of planner services charge every year just to generate another planner. With the Vault plan, you buy it once and generate as many planners as you want, for as many years as you want. That was intentional. I wanted to build something you could own instead of another subscription you’d eventually have to cancel. Calendar sync is a great feature, but even if you never connect a calendar, CalSync remains a powerful planner you’ll be able to use year after year. Sometimes the feature people talk about the least ends up being the one they use the longest.

I am working in version 1.5.0 today. When it syncs, it is blowing away both: 1. edits I have made to the document 2. handwritten notes in the document This is on the 1 week calender option that is part of 1.5.0. I have a one month calendar - but I am hesitant to sync it, for fear of losing edits. Is this user error on my part? Or did the functionality change?
