📌 Quick engagement tip: tag without being annoying
[ROAST MY LESSON] -Repost from skoolers Do you tag your members? I do, but here is how I don't do it: I don't tag someone with 50 other members in an irrelevant conversation just to beg for engagement. That's annoying, and it will only make me want to leave. Here is how I do it with great success: - I'll tag people when they are relevant to join a conversation. And I can do that because I develop a relationship with each of them, so I know what my members like to do and how they like to contribute. - I give shoutouts for people who are engaged inside my community, who complete challenges and who are having achievements. Accountability, shoutouts, support, that's the way to do it! - I also make posts to help give visibility to my members on something they are working on. TLDR: I tag people to give them the spotlight and call them on relevant contexts, not to beg for attention.

Thank you! The occasional group tag is ok but I generally find it frustrating when I’m mass tagged multiple times in a community.
I've posted this in my community (about play)
I'd like to post something similar in a few days. To remind my community. Maybe just an upgrade. The first step is to ask you to ROAST the POST, please. If you'd like to spend more time playing with your kids, then you won't want to miss the upcoming summit, Unplug & Play! My session is all about playing in the kitchen and I am really looking forward to it. It is one of those topics that just makes everyday family life feel a little more fun. The whole summit is free and runs August 16-22. Come join us! https://www.skool.com/connectthruplay/about #UnplugAndPlay A big thank you to Mary Nunaley for organizing this summit and inviting me to participate as a presenter. More details to come.

I’m partial to purple. It catches the eye. The green is calming if that’s the vibe you’re going for.
Roasting my profile

@Elliott Robertson i agree with @Paulo Costa, The Roaster that Holding Space Facilitator is a bit vague. Is that a specific certification? I ran into something similar when I had “learning engineer” which meant nothing to people outside my industry. At its core, what does a Holding Space Facilitator do?
Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire.
Long ago, the Skool nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when Roasty attacked. Only the Roaster, master of the grill can stop him! And although the competition can be tight, I believe the Roaster of the Week can save the world! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 A new week just started and the scores are cleared. Are you roasting?
