Two friendlies, first with Gainsborough Town Juniors FC U9s and then stepping up to play with the U10s. 💪 Two great performances between the sticks, gave the opposition very little, particularly in those important 1v1 situations, making some great saves when called upon

Today was my new EJA's teams first win. We worked as a team and actually pressured more. We won 12-0 i didn't have much to do but still was involved. We were awarded a penalty on the last quarter most of my teammates were calling me to take it but 1 of my coaches and his son who is a defender told me i wasn't allowed which I was disappointed about as would of loved the opportunity.

Thought i would post having been in @Tommie Lee-Anderson chat. So much in media the years, What is your approach to saving penalties . I alway remember the great Peter Shilton telling me to be alight to one side of centre and then dive the short side. @Ray Newland Personally what I stuck with was waiting and reacting to the ball with step and dive. What do you do? And has it changed as you progress through goal size?
